The worst tragedy of all is that a son is growing up without his father and thinking his father is a criminal--which can't be further from the truth! Extreme fraud in the family court committed by the mother precipitated the fabricated criminal case. Amidst all sorts of unstable and outlandish behavior, and before the inception of the criminal case, Jean Koncos perjured herself on so many sworn documents that another Clark County Court actually seized the couple's infant into foster care and held him for 10 excruciating weeks. At the time, Mr. Constance was 44 years old, providing optimal primary care, and earning a strong 6 figures. At the same time, Ms. Koncos was embroiled in a destructive custody dispute over her first two children, and going bankrupt.
