Dino Flap Adventure is primarily an offline game. By default, your gameplay data and high scores are saved locally on your device. Sharing your score is completely optional. If you actively choose to publish your score to the global Leaderboard, we collect:

• Username/Nickname: You can enter a name to be displayed on the leaderboard. Please do not use your real name or any personally identifiable information.

• Gameplay Data: We collect the specific high score you have chosen to submit.

Legal Basis: We process this data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by actively pressing the "Submit Score" (or equivalent) button.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To provide the Service: To operate and maintain the global leaderboard feature (based on your consent).

• Legitimate Interest: To ensure the App functions correctly, to fix bugs, and to improve the general gameplay experience (based on our legitimate interest to maintain the App).

3. Data Retention

We retain your leaderboard data (nickname and score) for as long as the leaderboard service is active, or until you request its deletion. If you wish to have your score removed from the public leaderboard, please contact us.

4. Your Data Protection Rights

Under data protection laws (such as the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal information (e.g., removing your score from the leaderboard). Dino Flap Adventure is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We strongly advise parents to instruct their children never to use their real names on the public leaderboard.
