By downloading or using DineSplit, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the app.
By accessing or using DineSplit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use or continue to use the app.
DineSplit is a free mobile application designed to help users calculate tips and split bills conveniently.
The app is provided “as is” and without any form of warranty.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time without notice or liability.
You agree to use DineSplit only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.
DineSplit displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

We do not control or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party advertisers.
All content, design elements, graphics, and software within DineSplit are the property of Yass IMGH or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our prior written consent.
DineSplit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied.
We make no guarantees regarding the app’s reliability, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yass IMGH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, DineSplit.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, financial loss, or device malfunction.
We may suspend or terminate your access to DineSplit at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app and/or on our support page.
By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Since your app uses AdMob, and AdMob may collect limited data (such as advertising identifiers or device information) for analytics and ad delivery, GDPR requires you to inform users about it and allow them to control ad personalization.
You don’t need a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or a complex compliance framework, since you don’t process personal data yourself — but you must provide transparency and refer to Google’s data practices.
