PRIVACY POLICY – PROFESSIONAL DJ MIXER

Dinesh Sahani Apps ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Professional DJ Mixer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
1. Information the App accesses
Audio and media files
With your permission, the App may access audio or music files that you select or that are available on your device. This access is used only to load, play, mix, analyze, and manage music within the App. Your audio files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Device permissions
The App may request permissions needed for its features, such as access to audio or media files and internet access. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work if a required permission is denied.
App settings and local data
The App may store settings, preferences, playlists, cue points, and other DJ-related information locally on your device so that the App works as expected. You can remove this local data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
Online album artwork or related content
If your version of the App offers an online album-artwork or metadata lookup feature, the search information needed to provide that feature and basic technical information such as your IP address may be sent to the relevant service provider. We do not use this feature to upload your audio files.
2. Advertising, analytics, and diagnostics
If advertising is enabled in the version of the App you use, the App may use Google AdMob or other Google services to display and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and maintain service reliability. These services may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device information, app interactions, and diagnostic data, subject to Google's policies and your device or account settings.

The exact disclosures shown in the App's Google Play Data safety section apply to the version currently distributed through Google Play.
3. Purchases
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, transactions are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Google handles payment information according to its own privacy policy.
4. How information is used
Information is used only as necessary to:
• provide music playback, mixing, and related App features;
• remember your settings and preferences;
• provide optional online content such as album artwork;
• deliver, measure, and protect advertisements when advertising is enabled;
• process purchases and restore eligible paid features through Google Play;
• diagnose crashes, improve performance, and protect the App from abuse; and
• respond when you contact us for support.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only when necessary to provide features described in this policy, such as Google Play services, Google Play Billing, advertising, diagnostics, or optional online-content services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the App.
6. Data retention and deletion
Audio files and most App settings remain on your device. You may delete local App data by clearing storage, removing selected content, or uninstalling the App. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to their policies. If you contact us, we may retain your message only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
The App does not require users to create a Dinesh Sahani Apps account. If a future version introduces account creation, this policy and the App will be updated with the applicable account-deletion options before that feature is released.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians should supervise a child's use of the App and the device's privacy and advertising settings.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the App. However, no device, network, or electronic method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. Your choices
You can:
• allow or deny requested device permissions;
• revoke permissions in Android settings;
• reset or limit advertising personalization through your Google or device settings;
• clear the App's local data; and
• uninstall the App.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or our data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
