Served as Resource person for advanced bioinformatics and metagenomics training programs conducted by GBRC-DST-Govt of Gujarat and collaborating institutes sponsored by GSBTM, Dept of Science and Technology (DST), Government of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. These workshop included hands-on-session and orientation on high performance computational (HPC) facility and core bioinformatics pipelines and tools for NGS data analysis for the selected participants with the prime objective to facilitate human resource development and capacity building in the cutting-edge biotechnological innovations for societal development.
