Process

1. Share Your Idea

Tell me your vision — size, colors, theme, specific details, and where the artwork will be displayed. This helps me understand the scope and style you're looking for.

2. Concept Sketch & Quote

I create a rough sketch or digital mock-up of your piece.
Along with this, you’ll receive a detailed price estimate based on size, complexity, and materials.

3. Signed Agreement & Deposit

Before work begins, a simple written agreement is signed outlining:

• Final approved concept

• Total project cost

• Timeline

• Payment terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and cover initial materials and planning.

4. Painting & Progress Updates

Once the agreement and deposit are complete, I begin painting your custom artwork.
You will receive updates or progress photos at key stages to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

5. Final Payment & Delivery

When the artwork is finished, the remaining 50% balance is due before delivery or pickup.
I then arrange:

• Local delivery

• Pickup or

• Shipping (if applicable — added cost)
