Renovated and furnished apartment in industrial style of 60m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Located on the second floor of a period building without a lift, in a quiet and refined condominium context, Dimora Ateneo is a NO SMOKING HOUSE.
In the central Murat district of the city of Bari, a stone's throw from the shopping streets, the historic center and the main cultural and artistic attractions.
A 9-minute walk from the station will allow you to easily explore other municipalities in Puglia.
The space
The space
Two-room apartment consisting of entrance, bathroom (no bidet, but with shower), kitchen, living room, double bedroom on wooden mezzanine. It can accommodate up to 5 people in the double bed (2 places), sofa bed 130cmx200 (2 places) and with the armchair bed 80x200 (1 place).
The bathroom is equipped with a very comfortable 70 x 130 shower, sink with two drawer cabinet, toilet with hot/cold water shower, hairdryer. It is not equipped with a bidet.
For stays longer than a week, a cleaning and linen change service is available upon request at an additional cost of 80.00 Euros/each.
Our guests will be happy to know that the apartment's electricity comes from renewable sources.
Due to the presence of the mezzanine, the accommodation is not suitable for younger children.
The apartment is equipped with a combination safe.
Unfortunately, the characteristics of the apartment do not allow us to host our most trusted friends: pets are not allowed.
You can use the kitchen to prepare delicious dishes. We provide you with everything you need:

Dimora Ateneo is equipped with self check-in. You will receive via WhatsApp, shortly before your arrival, the instructions to open the door of the building and the numeric code of the armored box that you will find outside the entrance door of the apartment where the keys are to enter. This way you will not have problems with arrival times for any delays or travel inconveniences. Together with the instructions you will also receive the bank details where to make the payment of the City Tax.
