The space

As you enter through the colorful glass door, you'll access the majestic staircase leading to the upper floors.

Upon entry, you'll find a designer living room with a fireplace, record player, and antique Japanese prints.

Continuing on, you'll discover the modern steel kitchen and dining room with exposed beams and glass overlooking the 80-square-meter private garden with palm trees, where you can bask in the sun or enjoy a coffee in the outdoor lounge shaded by tree branches.

Completing the ground floor is a guest powder room.

On the first floor, you'll find two cozy double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is illuminated by the light from the antique stained glass window. The second bathroom, also with a shower, overlooks the garden.

On the top floor, you'll find the bright attic with exposed beams, a double bed, and a comfortable double sofa bed. There's also a bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a laundry area.
