Recent Advances in Overlapping Ownership

on Friday 10 June 2022, from 10:00 to 14:15 (Paris time). The workshop takes place thanks to the support of the CY|AS and will be held at the Auditorium of the Maison Internationale de la Recherche and on Zoom.

Four invited speakers will present their work on the topic. The program of the workshop is as follows:

09.30 - 10.00 Coffee/breakfast

10.00 - 11.00: Overlapping Ownership and Product Innovation, Rune Stenbacka (Hanken School of Economics), joint with Geert Van Moer.

11.00 - 12.00: Partial Passive Ownership Holdings, Licensing and Taxation, Giorgos Stamatopoulos (University of Crete), joint with Stefanos Leonardos, Emmanuel Petrakis, Panagiotis Skartados.

12.00 - 12.15 Coffee break

12.15 - 13.15: Ownership Diversification and Product Market Pricing Incentives, Albert Banal-Estanol (Universitat Pompeu Fabra), joint with Jo Seldeslachts and Xavier Vives.

13.15 - 14.15: Investment Timing and Capacity with Overlapping Ownership, Richard Ruble (Emlyon Business School), joint with Dimitrios Zormpas.
