DILZ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DILZ mobile application (the "App"), a discounts and promotions marketplace in Egypt. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider. If you sign up as a vendor, we also collect your business details.

Location data. With your permission, we collect your device's location to show you nearby deals on the map. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; some features may be limited as a result.

Camera and photos. Vendors use the camera to scan customer QR codes to redeem deals, and to upload photos or videos for offers and stories. We only access the camera or photo library when you actively use these features.

Purchase and transaction data. We store your order history, promo code purchases, redemption status, and points/wallet balance to operate the loyalty and rewards program (10 points = 1 EGP).

Usage and device data. We automatically collect standard technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash/error logs, to maintain and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account

• Process promo code purchases and redemptions

• Show you relevant deals near you

• Operate the points and rewards program

• Provide customer support

• Maintain the security and reliability of the App

• Communicate with you about your orders, account, or app updates

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, video/content delivery).

• Authentication providers (Google, Apple) when you choose to sign in with those services.

• Vendors, limited to the information needed to fulfill and redeem an order (e.g., your name and redemption code) when you make a purchase from them.

• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
