The Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP) is a program by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to develop isolated and former communist conflict-affected areas. The SBDP is part of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) program. Program goals Alleviate poverty, Bring development to isolated areas, and Deliver basic services to conflict-affected areas.
