In accordance with DILG Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2023-001, the HAPAG (Halina't Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay) sa Barangay Project aims to strengthen the capacities of Barangays toward sustainable agriculture initiatives by enhancing and developing related activities such as barangay community gardening. This is to encourage households and communities to grow fresh, healthy, and affordable fruits and vegetables in their backyards and available spaces.
