𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬' 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐘 2026The Barangay Secretaries convened for their first meeting of the year on January 13, 2026, held at the Poblacion 1 Multi-Purpose Hall.During the meeting, MLGOO Ma. Vanessa C. Borja discussed the recently conducted KALINISAN, HAPAG, and BaRCO Assessments, with a refresher on the key components of these programs to provide barangays, through their secretaries, a fresh start toward more effective and efficient compliance with program requirements.The status of submissions of required periodic reports was also presented, alongside reminders to begin scanning and organizing Means of Verification (MOVs) in line with Barangay-Based Institutions (BBIs) functionalities.The activity concluded with the recognition of 𝙩𝙤𝙥 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 3𝙧𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 4𝙩𝙝 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙔 2025, followed by a raffle of prizes facilitated by DILG Paranas Municipal Office as a token of appreciation for the unwavering support, hard work, and commitment of all Barangay Secretaries in strengthening local governance.
𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒖𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏Paranas' Composite Validation and Assessment Task Team (CVATT) Meeting and Onsite Validation for the 4th Quarter of CY 2025 were conducted on January 12, 2026 in the poblacion barangays.The activity started with courtesy calls and a reorientation of the barangay councils on the key components of the Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BaRCO) Assessment, highlighting the importance of policy and ordinance support.The activity concluded with the road clearing validation to ensure safe, accessible, and orderly public roads.
