STEP 1:ย Download the Citizen's Charter Service Request Form (CCSRF):
Step 2: Once the CCSRF has been duly accomplished,ย
please email it with the documentary requirements toย ๐ง dilgkalinga.official@gmail.com, or hand carry the documents to ๐ฌ DILG Kalinga Provincial Office, Purok 6 Capitol Hills Bulanao , Tabuk City 3800 to review the documents submitted.
Once submitted, a notification will be received by the client through email/text/call acknowledging the receipt and to provide other updates on the Certification.
