I’m Dilek, a senior economist and advisor in advancing inclusivity through impactful consultancy. My work centers on addressing systemic inequities by designing innovative funding models, shaping transformative policies, and applying gender analytics to drive equitable resource allocation.
With 3+ years of leadership experience, I have successfully led teams, directed programs, and built strategic partnerships across corporate, public, and research sectors. My expertise spans launching groundbreaking research initiatives, fostering collaborations, and seamlessly integrating communications and marketing with research and policy to drive progressive societal solutions and transformative leadership.
My team's work focuses on reimagining systems to drive meaningful societal transformation by leveraging Market Design & Resource Allocation, Strategic Convening, Participatory Systems, and Inclusive Systemic Change. We are committed to fostering accuracy and inclusivity in data collection, sharing, management, media, and communications through meticulous fact-checking, impactful journalism, and responsible reporting.
We currently work with social scientists based in Paris, New York, and Canada to facilitate data-sharing and strengthen collective efforts. I wear multiple hats—as a global lead at the Equity & Inclusion Consultancy (EIC) Group / Groupe Équité et Inclusion, a senior research correspondent at Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE) / Femmes et Égalité des Genres Canada, and a fellow at the Waterloo Institute for Social Innovation and Resilience (WISIR).
