The Django-based employee management system encompasses various essential features, including Admin and Employee Registration and Login, Employee Performance Checks, Task Sheets, Attendance Tracking, and Project Management. The system allows admins to register, log in securely, and manage employees' data, while employees can log in to access their tasks, attendance, and performance metrics. The performance module evaluates employee productivity. Task management includes task assignment, prioritization, and tracking. Attendance is tracked daily. Project management features allow for tracking project progress, resource allocation, and visualization through Gantt charts. Additional functionalities include employee payroll checks, incentives, and festival bonuses. The system is designed to be responsive, ensuring accessibility on computer devices, and could offer customization options for user dashboards.
