DIGISTORE24  AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Digistore Affiliate Program Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Program. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to participate in the Program.

2. Program Overview

The Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting products listed on Digistore’s platform. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link that records referrals and sales, which are eligible for commission payouts.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

- You are responsible for ensuring that your account and tracking links are used properly.

- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding endorsements and testimonials.

- You may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, false advertising, or misrepresentation of the products.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

- Use unauthorized or misleading promotional materials.

- Engage in spamming or unsolicited communication.

- Bid on Digistore’s branded keywords in pay-per-click campaigns.

- Promote products on websites containing illegal or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

Digistore24 grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use its trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting approved products.

Affiliates may not modify or misrepresent Digistore’s intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digistore24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digistore24, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program or breach of these Terms.

8. Modifications

Digistore24 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Jurisdiction.
