Problem
Entities with large code bases (legacy code bases especially) have difficult times managing them. Specifically, developers waste time looking for old code and organizing code, when they could be solving problems for the company.
This could be solved through an innovative code indexing project which would automatically sift through projects and github repositories and keep a running database of implemented objects and functions. This would serve as an easily searchable "master repository" for associated developers, and increase productivity department-wide.
The expected results are uniform and efficient implementations of repeated logic across company programs, leading to a modular and easily maintainable code base.
This would be a licensed service for companies, and while an exact number isn't available, I would assume several hundred dollars per license
