The aim of the training course is to equip 30 youth workers from all around Europe with the skills and tools needed to better access and serve young people through digital youth work, especially marginalised young people.

30 youth workers from EU countries will benefit from a comprehensive digital youth work training course hosted in Bansko, Bulgaria, developing both their topic related skills in an intercultural context, as well as having the opportunity to attend co-creation innovation labs to improve the Intellectual Outputs of the #AlwalysOn for Youth project.

Carmen Marcu

Carmen is a trainer and consultant in Education, Volunteering and NGO Management working closely with young people, youth workers, NGO managers and teachers. She had the chance to work in all the sectors: business, public administration and NGOs. Her passion is working for non-profit organizations where she developed many trainings and resources for volunteering, non-formal education and youth work. She loves spending time in the nature, traveling and using different forms of theatre, especially Theatre of the Oppressed in her work because she strongly believes this can empower people to (re)act.

Dilyana Vuchkova

Dilyana is an educator, a project designer and a project manager with dedicated interests in non-formal education, youth work, community development, finally yet importantly – technologies. Holds a degree in Engineering and a Master in E-learning, she teaches Informatics and ICT to people of all ages, as well as facilitates different learning events. She has more than 14 years of experience working with different non-governmental organisations where she as coordinated and managed cultural and educational projects, volunteers and has developed communities of people and professional networks. Dilyana is passioned about travelling, learning new things, developing audio-visual materials, using arts, meeting people ;)

Natalie Jivkova

Natalie has been inspired by and passionate about non-formal learning since her first experience that happened more than 20 years ago. As a trainer and facilitator, she supports learning processes and personal development of youngsters and adults (alone or in groups) since 2002. Since that time she has also been in the volunteering field and for many years now actively involved in CVS-Bulgaria and SCI.
