The Digital Solutions Project, at University Centre Shrewsbury, offered a minimum of 12 hours funded support to eligible SMEs in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to develop digital innovations. The University Centre Shrewsbury (UCS) is offering a ‘Digital Solutions Service’ to Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) based in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
The Digital Solutions project is here to work with, and support, eligible SMEs to develop new digital innovations through research, innovation, technology transfer and commercialisation.

1. Do you have a digital product and/or service that can be adapted to be used in, and benefit, another sector?
OR
2. Do you have a new digital product and/or service you want to develop and would like funded research & development support to help bring your product or service to market?

Eligibility
There are some exceptions, but generally your business will need to be:
Based in and/or trading from Shropshire or Telford & Wrekin and trading primarily business to business (B2B).
With fewer than 250 employees.
Turnover less than the equivalent of 50 million Euros per annum, or a balance sheet of less than 43 million Euros
