Project Overview

DPO Plus LTD is developing an AI software solution to support the processing of data belonging to a data subject. Currently, a Subject Access Request (SAR) has to be searched, sorted and identified, so that only data belonging to the data subject is collated. Any data referring to any other individual in the documents identified is then redacted and a final document is produced in PDF form that (once signed off by the organisation) can be safely given to the Data Subject.

Project Objectives

Having spent 2 years developing the software, DPO Plus LTD needed to create a front end for their product, so that they were able to approach early adopters to test the processes and software before taking the product to market fully. They wanted to fully understand the path to market for a new tech product, and take advantage of any collaborative opportunities to test the AI software.

Project Solutions

DPO Plus LTD worked with the Digital Solutions specialised consultants, with expertise in tech transfer, to establish the most effective ways in identifying and engaging with relevant markets. Various exercises were undertaken, including a FAB (Features, Advantages, and Benefits) analysis of the product, stakeholder mapping and pricing strategies. This resulted in key markets being identified that will now help them to go forward with user feedback, product development and testing.
