Users are solely responsible for any content they post, share, or interact with in the app.
Users agree not to post or share content that:

All content posted by users will be reviewed and moderated by Digital TO-LET. The app reserves the right to remove content that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
By posting content, users grant Digital TO-LET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content for app-related purposes.
Users must not:
Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
Use the app for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

Digital TO-LET provides a platform for users to post advertisements and connect with others for rent house/flat etc.

Any disputes or transactions are solely the responsibility of the involved users.
Digital TO-LET reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if the user:

Engages in activities that harm the app or its users.

ব্যবহারকারীরা এই ধরনের কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা থেকে বিরত থাকবেন, যা:
স্থানীয়, জাতীয় বা আন্তর্জাতিক আইন লঙ্ঘন করে।
ঘৃণামূলক বক্তব্য, অপমানজনক ভাষা, বা যৌন আপত্তিকর উপাদান ধারণ করে।
অন্য কারও মেধাস্বত্ব বা কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন করে।
ব্যবহারকারীদের পোস্টকৃত সমস্ত কনটেন্ট Digital TO-LET দ্বারা পর্যালোচনা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে মডারেশন করা হবে।
অ্যাপটি যেকোনো অনুপযুক্ত, ক্ষতিকারক বা শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্ট সরিয়ে দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ব্যবহারকারীরা যে কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করবেন, তার জন্য Digital TO-LET একটি অ-একক, বিশ্বব্যাপী, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত লাইসেন্স পায়, যা অ্যাপ সংক্রান্ত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহৃত হবে।
ব্যবহারকারীদের নিম্নলিখিত কাজ করা যাবে না:
একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা বা অন্যদের পরিচয়ে নিজেকে উপস্থাপন করা।
প্রতারণামূলক, অবৈধ, বা অনুমোদনবিহীন উদ্দেশ্যে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা।
ক্ষতিকারক কনটেন্ট আপলোড করা বা এমন কার্যকলাপ করা যা অ্যাপ বা এর ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি করতে পারে।
Digital TO-LET ব্যবহারকারীদের বিজ্ঞাপন পোস্ট করা এবং বাড়ি/ফ্ল্যাট ইত্যাদি ভাড়ার জন্য সংযোগ স্থাপনের একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদান করে।
অ্যাপটি পোস্টকৃত কনটেন্টের সঠিকতা, সত্যতা বা বৈধতা যাচাই করার জন্য দায়ী নয়।
যেকোনো বিরোধ বা লেনদেন ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজস্ব দায়িত্ব।
Digital TO-LET নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে যেকোনো ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে:
এই শর্তাবলী এবং নিয়মাবলী লঙ্ঘন করা।
অ্যাপ বা এর ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি করার উদ্দেশ্যে কার্যকলাপ করা।
ক্ষতিকারক, অবৈধ বা অনুপযুক্ত কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা।
ব্যবহারকারীদের তথ্য আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতির (Privacy Policy) অনুযায়ী সংগ্রহ এবং ব্যবহার করা হবে। এই অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতির অধীনে আপনার তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
অ্যাপে প্রদত্ত তথ্য কেবলমাত্র সাধারণ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহারের জন্য। Digital TO-LET ব্যবহারকারীদের পোস্টকৃত কনটেন্টের সঠিকতা, নির্ভরযোগ্যতা, বা সম্পূর্ণতার কোনো গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করে না।
অ্যাপ বা এর সেবার ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য অ্যাপটি দায়ী নয়।
Digital TO-LET অ্যাপ ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো ক্ষতি, সমস্যা, বা বিরোধের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। ব্যবহারকারীরা অ্যাপটি নিজ দায়িত্বে ব্যবহার করবেন।
এই শর্তাবলী এবং নিয়মাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত এবং ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে। অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ারে থাকবে।
Digital TO-LET যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী এবং নিয়মাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ব্যবহারকারীদের অ্যাপ বা অন্যান্য যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনের বিষয়ে জানানো হবে।
