There is most definitely copyrighted material on this website. But I am using it for educational purposes, in a school/teachable setting, have not modified the material itself but have sometimes embedded it in activity as a resource. I am not profiting from the material, but I am providing workshops for teacher education. It is my understanding that presenting material in this manner falls under the "Fair Use" category, but even though I have conducted research on this, there is a very thin line that can be crossed, or if you prefer to view it in reverse, a lot of gray area. So I am hoping that it is indeed covered, in that the workshop I am providing is to benefit teachers to employ strategies for their own students and without these resources, the message would not be as honest and as clear. What I mean is that all of the material provided in this site was actually used in my own classrooms, so it is as honest as it comes. If you feel there has been any violation, please contact me directly.
If you miss the workshop or want to watch "On-Demand" here you go!
