- Form groups of 4-5 people who explored the same concept hyperdoc.
- On large butcher paper use the Visual Thinking Routine; Generate, Sort, Collect, Elaborate
- Generate a list of ideas and initial thoughts that come to mind when you think about this particular topic.
- Sort your ideas according to how central they are. Place central ideas near the center and more tangential ideas toward the outside of the page.
- Connect your ideas by drawing connecting lines between ideas that have something in common. Write a short sentence how the ideas are connected.
- Elaborate on any of the ideas/thoughts you have written so far by adding new ideas that expand, extend, or add to your initial ideas.

- What is the difference between digital citizenship and just being a good citizen?
- How can this be defined in the classroom, for students to understand their responsibility goes beyond their local community in the digital world?
- Digital Footprint:
- When, where and why should we be teaching students about their digital footprint?
- Have participants partner up and google search each other, then summarize what they found about the other person. As a team they can reflect on what image their digital profile portrays and if that meets their image of themselves or if they would want it to be different.
- Digital Privacy:
- Parents or Schools? Who should be teaching this?
- How do you get parents involved and on-board with setting similar boundaries at home and at school.
- What should these boundaries be?
- Digital Copyright and Plagiarism:
- What do copyright and plagiarism mean? How is this relevant in your classroom?
- What activities and/or projects happen in your class that might need stricter guidelines where Copyright and Plagiarism are concerned? How can you make sure to address those areas.
