• How can I contact you?

• How much time do you need to complete the work?

Depending on your requests. Less than 48 hours only for the easiest projects. For the other projects, starting from at least 3-4 working days.

• The price?

Extremely variable. For example, from 20 EURO / 25 USD for a very simple logo, higher depending on your requests. Take a look at the PROMOTION page to know if there is a current offer with which you can obtain our service at a lower price.

• In which format do you send me the graphic design? And how do you send it to me?

We create the graphic design in vector type, sending a .pdf with the graphic design. I will send you the file through a valid e-mail address.

• Do you create every type of logo?

No, we create simple logos. You can find some examples on the PORTFOLIO PAGE.

• I need the graphic design of a Menu, or a flyer, or to rebuild an old logo, or to vectorize it. Can you help me?

Yes, we can create graphic design of those types, even rebuild or vectorize an old logo. Some exceptions are graphic design with many colors and nuances. Anyway, you can contact us to know if we are able to help you.

• I saw a logo online. Can you recreate it for me?

The material you find on the web usually is copyright protected, or with rights as private property. So, NO, we can't. But if you saw a type of logo, and you saved an image, we can use it to understand the type of style you want.

• What are the payment methods I can use to pay for the graphic design?

We accept Bank transfers, PayPal transfers, or Cryptocurrency transfers. The price doesn't include the processing FEEs applied by the payment method you choose. The total amount will usually be higher than the price of the service
(Only as example, 25 USD for the work and 5 USD for processing fees: you have to pay 30 USD total).

• Cryptocurrency? What cryptocurrency do you accept?

We accept:

-BTC | -LTC | -ETH | -SOL | -DOT | -LUNC
-ZEC | -BCH | -TRX | -HIVE | -HBD | -STEEM | -SBD
-BSV | -XLM | -DASH | -ALGO | -EOS | -ADA
-XRP | -ETC | -XTZ | -DOGE | -SHIB | -AVAX

and several other TOKENs, mainly standard ERC20.

Even in this case, The price doesn't include the processing FEEs applied by the blockchain.

• When I have to pay?

You have to pay a little part of the price in advance as fee for the service made by Digitall Project: this is what we renamed as DIGITALL SERVICE FEE. Usually, this Digitall Service Fee is in the range of 30-40% of the whole price.

When we will receive the Digitall Service Fee, we'll begin the work. After your review and your acceptance, we ask you to pay the remaining part of the whole price. Then, we will send you the file using the e-mail service you indicated to us.

If you want, you can pay the whole price before the start of the work, within the Digitall Service Fee. Consult the question and answer below to know more about that situation.
