• Digital Growth Hub is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete information or late responses from the client.

• Payment must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones before starting any project or campaign.

• All payments are non-refundable once the work has started, including ad campaign setup, website development, or SEO services.

• Results may vary depending on market competition, industry, budget, and other external factors. We do not guarantee fixed results such as specific sales or rankings.

• For paid ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads), the client is responsible for the ad budget. Our service fee is separate from the advertising budget.

• Digital Growth Hub is not responsible for any issues related to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Shopify, or Blogger.

• Any changes requested after project completion may require additional charges depending on the work.

• Website development projects include revisions as agreed initially. Extra revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged.

• SEO services require time to show results. Immediate ranking or instant results are not guaranteed.

• Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and login credentials.

• Digital Growth Hub reserves the right to use completed projects, designs, or campaigns for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• Any misuse of our services for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates terms or behaves unprofessionally.

• Communication will be done through agreed channels such as WhatsApp, email, or social media.

• Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, and client cooperation.

• Digital Growth Hub is not liable for any financial loss, business loss, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

• All content, designs, and strategies created by Digital Growth Hub remain intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

• By working with Digital Growth Hub, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
