Digital literacy is at its most need in our modern society, digital technology itself is changing people’s lives, and it improves many of the dimensions of their work, and personal lives. It brings broad changes for the better as the digitalization revolutionized the way we use resources and become more efficient.

At individual level, our project is addressing the need of the youth workers to keep up with the digital world and adapt for a better, greener future. 

It’s worth mentioning that the support for the green and digital transitions is a priority area for EU, a priority that should be on the agenda of every youth worker.

By developing continuous improvement mindset using digital tools, we systematically remove waste and improve processes. The skills and competences we strive for improving build the way to more fact-based solutions.

Enhancing digital skills and competences for the digital transformation will bring added value for the youth workers and contribute to the ”Digital Education Action Plan” - a common vision of high quality and accesible digital education.
