The OER book from EdTech entitled Advancing Accessibility is now available! Vivian Seki and Cynthia Edwards co-wrote chapter 11: Evaluating Digital Content for Accessibility: Using the Digital Accessibility Matrix.
The Creating and Remediating Digital Content for Accessibility microcredential is coming in February 2026! This microcredential introduces and provides practical application for the the new accessibility tool, the Digital Accessibilty Matrix. In addition, the course will also prepare you to take the Accessible Document Specialist exam through IAAP.

The Digital Accessibility Matrix is a tool designed to walk the user through the process of identifying elements of the digital content with remedial actions to take for optimal accessibility. It is primarily meant to be used for non-web content.
