This app is designed exclusively for authorized members and administrators to manage internal donation records and generate receipts. It is not intended for use by the general public.

We only collect information necessary for the record-keeping and financial transparency of the Mandal.

• User Account Information: Full name, mobile number, and email address for authorized login.

• Donation Data: Donor name, contact details, donation amount, date, and purpose of donation.

• Device Information: Basic technical data (IP address, device type) for security logging during login.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The information collected is used solely for:

• Authenticating authorized members.

• Recording and managing donation history for Shri Sai Seva Mandal.

• Generating digital receipts (Pavti) for donors.

• Internal financial auditing and reporting.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Security: Your data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS (SSL) protocols.

• Storage: Data is stored securely on cloud-based servers (TiDB/Render) with restricted access limited only to the Mandal's database administrators.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share any personal or donation data with outside companies or third-party advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data as long as necessary to comply with the Mandal's internal audit requirements and Indian tax regulations.

• Deletion: Users can request the deletion of their personal login account by contacting the Mandal’s Admin.

• Corrections: If any donation record is incorrect, authorized users can request a correction through the Admin dashboard.

6. App Access & Authorization

Access to this app is restricted. Only users manually registered by the Shri Sai Seva Mandal Admin can log in. Unauthorized access attempts are logged for security purposes.
