These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Digital Invoice mobile application. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
Digital Invoice is a mobile application that helps users create and manage invoices locally on their device. The app may display advertisements and may use analytics services to improve performance and user experience.
To use Digital Invoice, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your region
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
If you use the App on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
Invoice information, client details, and business information you enter are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:
• Managing backups of your data
• Protecting your device and access to the App
• Ensuring your use complies with legal and tax requirements in your region
We do not access or store your invoice data on our servers.
The App uses:
• Google AdMob for advertisements
• Firebase Analytics for aggregated and anonymized usage data
• Firebase Remote Config for app functionality updates
These services have their own privacy practices and may collect device information. For details, review our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Attempt to bypass App security
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Upload harmful code or misuse network resources
If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access.
All rights in the App, including the design, logo, content, and software, belong to Digital Invoice or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal or business invoicing purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the App.
We do not provide cloud storage or recovery services. If you uninstall the App, lose your device, or reset your device, your data may be permanently lost unless you create your own backups. We are not responsible for any data loss.
We may release updates that improve security, performance, or features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
• That the App will meet your specific business or compliance needs
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Invoice is not liable for:
• Loss of data
• Lost profits or business interruptions
• Any indirect or consequential damages
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Invoice harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App. Continued use means you agree to the updated Terms.
