Cannot connect to Betaflight

• First try ImpulseRC - Reinstall DFU driver

• If that does not work, while pressing and holding the boot button in the AIO board, plug in the USB cable to the computer.  It should respond that it was plugged in and connect back to Betaflight.  

Change Throttle Limit (Power) percentage.
