Digital Detox Tracker helps users build healthier phone habits by tracking unlock activity and showing mindful reminders.
Digital Detox Tracker stores the following information locally on your device:
Daily unlock counts and unlock event timestamps
App settings (daily goal, reminder text, quiet hours, onboarding/tracking preferences)
Progress history and achievement data derived from your local usage
We do not require account registration.
We do not collect personal identity information such as name, phone number, or email inside the app.
We do not sell or rent user data.
We do not share your app data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
The app can show reminder notifications to support mindful phone use. Notification behavior depends on your settings.
If you use the CSV export feature, data is exported only when you choose to export it and save it to a location you select.
Your data remains on your device unless you manually export it.
You can clear/reset app data from the app settings or by uninstalling the app.
Digital Detox Tracker is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
