• Poor project anchoring with higher management in the municipality K12-sector concerning the desired endstate objectives of the project.
• We have had G Suite Education Enterprise-licenses for everybody (staff and students) since April 2019, which are financed centrally (without accountability for the K12 governance).
• A pilot for digital curriculum content software is on the move for real.
• A pilot for digital assessment is put on hold for a indefinate period of time.
• One new big backend software is put on hold for a indefinate period of time.

A joint clear realistic view of the endstate objectives of the project.

• No permanent CEO yet for the K12-governance.
• The pilot school have a low grade (50-75%) of authorized teachers.
• No clear view of the costs today for the K12 governance in regards to the total IT architecture.

• Helping the K12-governance with a successful implementation of the new digital curriculum content software.
• Anchor the need for obtaining a clear view of the costs today for the K12 governance in regards to the total IT architecture.
• Anchor the need for the new big backend software (that allows the schedule to move into Google Calendar and as well over time maintain a correct OU in the G Suite-domain).

• Better relations with the K12-governance established in February 2020.
• A devision was made in February 2020 that I'm to support first-teachers in creating a Google Classroom for digital craftmenship with a first focus on Google Classroom as the hub for everything for the students, no matter what digital tools we bring in.
