About Me
My name is Ian Davey and I am a Digital Teaching & Learning Team Lead in Ogden, Utah, USA. After five amazing years in the classroom, I began supporting teachers at the district level both as an Assessment & Data Specialist and as an Online & Blended Learning Specialist. I love working together with teachers to maximize opportunities for students.
I have both Level 1 and Level 2 Google Educator certifications and am one of the Google Certified Trainers and Innovators here in Utah. I am also an ISTE Certified Educator. I am active in our state-wide edtech group, C-Forum, and present at the Utah Coalition of Education Technology (UCET) conference annually.
Addressing digital access in my school district has been and continues to be my Google for Edu Innovator Project (#GoogleEI). We serve a diverse population who have benefited from the digital tools we use in school. As students go home, we strive to maintain access to the tools and resources students need for success.
