# Privacy Policy for DigiShot '04

DigiShot '04 ("we", "our", or "us") is built with privacy as a foundational principle. We believe that your photos and personal moments belong exclusively to you.Â
### 1. Data Collection & Processing
DigiShot '04 does NOT collect, transmit, sell, or store any personal data, photos, videos, or audio recordings on external servers:
- **Photos & Videos:** All image processing, vintage CCD color grading, bloom filters, and quartz date imprints are performed 100% locally on your device using Apple Metal and Core Image hardware acceleration.
- **Photo Library:** Media is saved directly to your local Apple Photos library in a dedicated "DigiShot 04" album. We never upload your images to any remote servers or third-party cloud services.
- **Audio & Microphone:** When recording camcorder video, microphone audio is captured directly into your local video file. Audio data is never transmitted or analyzed.
### 2. Device Permissions
The app requests access to:
- **Camera:** Exclusively to capture photos and video within the app.
- **Microphone:** Exclusively to record audio during video recording mode.
- **Photo Library:** Exclusively to save your captures and allow you to view and share them in the in-app film roll.
### 3. Analytics & Tracking
- DigiShot '04 does NOT use third-party tracking SDKs, advertising frameworks, or behavior analytics.
- We declare `NSPrivacyTracking = false` in our Apple Privacy Manifest (`PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy`).
### 4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions (DigiShot '04 Pro) are processed securely through Apple's StoreKit and your Apple ID account. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card or payment information.
