Episode 5: Reunion! (Part 2)

Evander was now ticked off. All of his Digimons' attacks had done nothing and now they had gotten badly beat up. Evander ran towards Devimon with his fist raised back to punch the devil Digimon himself! Regan noticed Evan and rushed at him to grab the younger boy before he could get any closer.

"Are you mad?" Regan said as he grabbed Evan's wrist. "You can't do anything against Devimon!

Just leave him to Kari, Brian and me! We'll be able to deal with him!" Regan said. "And don't force me to summon some vines to restrain you."

Evan struggled. "Let me go...I've..got...to..get BoxerIncectmon to...safety." Evander said, straining. BoxerInscectmon was now on his feet. "It aint over until it's over." Boxerincectmon said before flapping his insect wings while hunched over slightly and sharp, consenced slices of air flew towards Devimon. "Sonic Boom!" BoxerIncectmon cried out as he attacked. Devimon got hit with the attack from behind, but again, the attack didn't phase him. Devimon turned around and looked at the humanoid boxer incect Digimon. "You really don't know when to quit, do you?" Devimon said before raising his hand up. "Death Hand!" Devimon shouted, sending a blast of red and black energy out of his hand. BoxerInsectmon got hit with the attack again and got knocked into the wall.

Evander's Agumon looked nervous. He wanted to join the battle, but he didn't think he could do it. After all, Devimon was toying with two Ultimates, Two champions, and one Rookie! He was fighting Two Ultimates, Two Champions, and One Rookie without even putting up much effort. Augie hoped that Evander would command him to fight a battle he could not win.

Jessica ran over to Regan and Evander. "Regen...Thank you so much for saving him." Jessica said. Jessica looked at Evander and frowned. She sighed and thought "Evander, I don't know why you do the things you do.". "

Augie shook his head. He got a determined look on his face. "Whether I can win or not, I have to do something. I can't just stand by and watch as my friends get beaten to a pulp." Augie said. Augie then reared his head back and lunged it forward and opened is mouth. "Pepper Breath!" Augie exclaimed as a small ball of fire was fired at Devimon. Devimon got hit with the small fireball and took no damage whatsoever. Augie lowered his head and sighed. "I honestly don't know what I expected." He said.

"Hey, Regen don't fret! I doubt Devimon can be stronger then Galfmon, So time to suck up the dust bunnies! MagnaAngemon do it!" Brian shouted.

MagnaAngemon decided not to tackle Devimon, he kneeled down and jumped into the air, he flies right over Devimon, and prepares to attack, "Gate of Destiny!" MagnaAngemon shouted as he opened a portal to suck up Devimon.

Brian looks at the foolish boy, then walks up to him, "Listen I know you want to help but Devimon isn't the best digimon to pick a fight with. This is serious.. Now call your Digimon back or you'll wish you had.. I'm not saying this because you have no experience but because we know what we're doing.. Trust me"

On a hill very close to Toy Town and Hawkmon stood, "Wonder why I feel something is gonna happen here.." Hawkmon asked. Just then he heard a loud booming noise then some smoke rose up. "What's going on down there?" Hawkmon asked himself.

Just then a bright light appears on the hill and a human girl falls out of it and lands on Hawkmon. Gelsey sits up and rubs her head, "Okay that hurt!" Gelsey cried out, but stop after she realized where she was at. "I'm back.. Back in the digital world!"

Gelsey then hears a moan and looks down and sees Hawkmon, "Hawkmon!!" Gelsey screamed as she gave him a huge hug. It took Hawkmon a few seconds before he realized who was hugging him, "Gelsey?" Gelsey releases Hawkmon and looks him in the eyes, "Yep it's me I got older and taller.." She said as she blushed.

"I've missed you so much!" Hawkmon said as he hugged Gelsey. Gelsey's eyes filled up with tears, and she hugged Hawkmon back. "I wonder why I'm back here?" Gelsey asked herself, then she saw the smoke, "What's going on over there? She asked.

Hawkmon released Gelsey and looked back at the town, "Some big fighting over there.. Maybe we should check it out! Like old times we'll save the day again." Gelsey smiles and nods at Hawkmon. "Let's go for it!" Gelsey shouted.

Gelsey and Hawkmon ran towards Toy Town to see what was going on. "Now I know why I'm back here.. The digital world needs me again." Gelsey thought to herself.

Jessica stood there as Boxerincetmon flew towards Devimon and tried to land a massively powerful punch, "HYPER PUNCH!" BoxerInsectmon shouted. Devimon reached out and blocked the attack with his hand. Then Devimon took advantage of the grip he now had on BoxerInsectmon's boxing glove. Devimon swung his arm and threw BoxerInsectmon over his shoulder, slamming him down on the ground! Devimon smirked. "Stay down. The next attack will kill you." Devimon said.

BoxerInsectmon stood back up and wiped some dark blue blood from his mouth. Digimon blood was this color; unlike human blood, Digimon blood was a dark blue color. "I didn't hear….a bell….did you?" BoxerInsectmon asked rhetorically.

Jessica watched BoxerInsectmon with a worried expression on his face. She was afraid that BoxerInsectmon was going to get himself killed. He was obviously no match for Devimon. "BoxerInsectmon! Come back! BoxerInsectmon! Retreat! You can't win!" Jessica called out. "I'll never give up!" BoxerInsectmon replied. She turned her head to look Evander in the eyes. "Evan." Jessica said. "Yes, Jessie?" Evander replied. Jessica put her hand over Evander's orange D-power, momentarily looked down at it, then look Evander in the eyes. "Use the restraining device like the one Ryo has on the show." Jessie said. "Oh! Ok." Evander replied. Evander used the restraining device on Boxerincectmon. "You WILL OBEY ME!" Evander Fussed. BoxerIncectmon struggled as he fought against the pull of the restraining device from the string form the Digivice. "I'm Coming Willingly." Gargomon said as he ran away from the building Devimon had previously slung them into. Leormon also ran behind him. "No need to restrain me either, Jessica!" Leormon said.

BoxerInsectmon was reeled in a few feet away from Devimon and up to Evander's and Jessica's location. BoxerInsectmon collapsed to the ground and the restraining device disappeared from Evander's D-Power. "I'm Sorry Evander, I don't know what came over me." BoxerIncectmon said, sitting down. Evander looked at BJ. "Umm...Brian, do you have a potion on you, 2 or 3 maybe?" Evander asked bending down on one knee to tend to BoxerIncectmon's wounds. "He's too...strong for a Champion." BoxerIncectmon said weakly. "GO MAGNAANGEMON!" Evander, Jessica, Boxerincectmon, Gargomon, Leormon and Agumon called.

Devimon smiles as he starts to drift toward the gate. He then turns toward it. "Evil Wing!" he yells as a huge wave of darkness starts to flow into the gate and starts to make the gate overload. "Do you really think that this thing will work? Do you think anything will work against me or any of the others?" He laughs again.

"Kill him, Magnaangemon! " Evander shouted in anger! "What's wrong, Evander? I mean, I know that Devimon is Evil but you are acting like he defeated me." Boxerincectmon said. "He almost did." Evander said.

MagnaAngemon growls at Devimon then pulls out his purple saber, "Devimon I'm just examing how strong you've become.." MagnaAngemon runs towards Devimon and prepaires to slash at him. Brian looked at Evan then walked to wards Kari and Regan.

Gelsey ran into Toy Town with Hawkmon behind her, "What's going on here?" She asked as she saw two kids a boy and a girl, Then noticed a boy walking towards another girl and boy. "They look familiar.." Gelsey said. Hawkmon tried to get a better look, "That's Kari and Regan but the boy walking to them.. I only see the back of his head." said Hawkmon.

Gelsey became excited at the sight of her friends, "Kari! Regan!" Gelsey shouted as she ran towards them.

"What should we do?" Evander asked. "Wait....Mabie if we all push Devimon into the Gate of Destiny it may work" Evander thought. Evander then began looking around at everyone. "EVERYONE ATTACK DEVIMON AND PUSH HIM INTO THE GATE!" Evander commanded. "You got it!" BoxerIncectmon said. "Me too." Gargomon said.

"Sonic Boom!" BoxerInsectmon shouted as he attacked.

"Gargo Lasers!" Gargomon shouted, shooting laser beams out of the gatling guns on his arms rather than the usual bullets.

Leormon ran up to Devimon and rammed his little catlike body into his leg while shouting "Leo Tackle!"

"Pepper Breath!" Augie exclaimed, shooting a ball of fire from his mouth.

Devimon sighs and takes the hits from Evan's Digimon. He then reaches out and stops MagnaAngemon's sword with two fingers alone, one on each side of the blade. "You'll have to do much better than this!"

"Strato...Blade!!!"

A long multi-colored sword slashed Devimon in the back.

"And I still don't think you can have that much power, Devimon. It's time we send you back where you belong!" said a WarGreymon-sized digimon that looked like a dragon standing on two feets and wearing a gray knight-like armor. The dragon had two long horns coming out of the sides of his head and pointed backward and he was wearing no helmet.

The symbol of the Crest of Life could be visible on each of his wings, and the dragon's scales were red colored.

UltimaRyumon.

He then threw out a punch at Devimon with his free hand, straight at the face.

"MetalRyumon digivolved?" Kari asked to Regan as Brian came to them.

"Seems so. I guess he is really getting annoyed by that Digimon." Regan replied.

Then he heard someone calling his and Kari's names. He looked backward to see a girl coming toward them with a Hawkmon.

"Huh? Who is she?" Regan asked.

Kari too looked at the girl. "I don't know. She seems familiar though..."

BoxerIncectmon: SONIC BOOM!!!!

Gargomon: Gatling Arm!

The blade strike from UltimaRyumon hits dead on, cutting Devimon in half vertically. Devimon looks surprised at first, but his shock becomes amusement. "Oh, you challenge the power I've gained?" A cloud of shadows appears around both halves, and when they clear, both halves had regenerated themselves. There were now two Devimon! "Well," one says, "You're about to see-"

"-what I can really do!" the second one finishes.

BoxingIncectmon DeDigivolved to Ladybugmon.

Gargomon DeDigivolved into Terriermon.

Ladybugmon flew up to Evander. "I'm sorry Evander, I tried to stay at my Champion form as long as I Could." Ladybugmon said. "Me too." Terriermon said.

But Evander wasn't listening; he was narowling escaping Jessie's Grip and was about to Charge at Devimon again. "Don't worry, Evander! We are going to win!" Terriermon said with a smile on his face. Devimon then appeared from behind them and snatched Jessica up with one hand. Evander gasped as the orange haired mermaid was held up by her throat by this evil Digimon. "You know, I've been thinking, for a human to have the audacity to challenge me is quite annoying. It's an offense I cannot overlook. As punishment, I think I'll take away your little girlfriend. I wonder what it's like for a human to die within the Digital World. Will they become eggs like Digimon? Or will they just disappear forever?" Devimon taunted. Evander glared at Devimon with a look of intense hatred. "You let her go! Don't you dare lay a finger on her!" Evander shouted. Devimon smirked. He put up one red claw to Jessica's throat. Jessica's whole body was trembling as she felt that her death could very well be imminant. "If you harm her…I'll kill you!" Evander shouted angrily. Devimon laughed. "OOOoohh! I'm SOOOO scared!" He taunted. The anger in Evander was off the charts. The idea of losing Jessica was too much for him. He bore nothing but the utmost hatred for anyone who would even threaten to take her away from him. "Kill….kill…..kill……KILL!!!" Evander said, starting off with soft mutters which then grew into a loud shout.

Then, a flash of black light came out of Evander's digivice and enveloped Ladybugmon. Ladybugmon's eyes widened with surprised. He looked down at his little black hands. "Whoa! What…what's going on?" Ladybugmon asked. Suddenly, the black energy enveloped Ladybugmon entirely! Words scrolled across Evander's digivice in big red letters, which he didn't even notice because he was too focused on Devimon and Jessica.

WARP DARK DIGIVOLUTION

Ladybugmon warp Dark Digivolve to.....Hornetmon.

In Ladybugmon's place was now a massive Digimon with a long, slender dark red tail that had a large, nasty looking stinger on the end. Hornetmon also had evil looking eyes. He had six insectoid wings on his back and a strong jaw full of sharp teeth. He also had two large arms with venomous stingers for fingers. He had acid dripping from his tail stinger and his eyes were bloodshot. Evander still hadn't even noticed! (O.o) "Put Jessica down! Give her back to me!!" He yelled. Devimon shrugged. "Ooook." He taunted. He was going to slam Jessica's face into the concrete, but before he had a chance, Hornetmon knocked him back with a punch! Jessica fell onto the ground, relatively unharmed. Evander still hadn't noticed his partner had dark digivolved. Evander ran towards Devimon ready to beat the ever loving stuffing out of him. Jessica looked over to Regen with a panicked look on her face. "REGEN! USE YOUR SUPER POWERS!" Jessie called. Evander went charging towards Devimon!
