"This is great, now only 5 crests remain." Evander says before taking his tag out from under his shirt. "Ok tags c,mon." Jessica said.
Keith looked at Zai "Have you found your crest yet?" he asked
Evander was so mad at Zai he thought he'd speak before she got a chance. "Yes, she does." Evander says. "Ok, these things will glow any minute." Jessica said.
Keith heard the answer but pretended not to hear. "What a dishonorable human" he thought.
"Evander's an idiot. Ignore him as much as possible," Zai shrugged a little, unaffected by Evander's comment. "I'm the child of balance, according to the guardian... right, Syn?" she tilted her head slightly towards the black feline.
"Yup! Yup!" Syn nodded quickly, and her tail twitched, as she looked around wildly for a few seconds.
Flora pulls out the strange marble-like gem...
...but nothing happens.
"The darn thing won't glow!" Evander yelled. Evander also scoffed at Zai's comment, cause if keith was gonna be a buddy with Zai then it didn't matter to him if he ignored him.
Flora holds up the marble. "Strange...it should react."
"Except it can't."
Piximon suddenly appears to everyone's surprise.
"What do you mean?" Terriermon asked.
"The gem has run out of energy, and it needs to be recharged before it can work again," Piximon explains.
"Uhh...huh...and how are we supposed to do that?" Evander asks.
Rei takes a look at her Digivice. "Mabey this doohicky can do it?" Rei asks.
Piximon shakes his head. "Not that easy. You'll have to take it to the source of those gemstones. Think of it like a plug that has been removed from a large generator. Eventually, that plug will run out of electricity and will have to be plugged back in before it will operate again. In order words, you must touch that to the main gemstone in order for it to regain its mystical energy."
"Seems simple enough." Evander says before putting his hand on the marble.
Jessica, Tameron, Rei and the Digimon also place their hands on it. "Is this what you meant?" Nanomon asks.
"OK, it's not that funny. Where is the main gem anyway?" Tameron asks. "This was a stupid joke." Rei says.
"...Erm...I...don't know...only Jijimon really knew the location of the main gemstone. We guardians of the Crests know as much about the gem's location as we do of each other's locations, and that isn't anything at all."
"Hmm..." Keith said and Birdmon looked at him <Does that mean we get to see Jijimon again?> "Apparently so." Keith replied.
"Oh...great, We can save him from the Digimon Ruler's Controll!" Ladybugmon said knowing that he couldn't fight him well now that he couldn't go to Ultimate.
"OK, so all we've gotta do is get the gem recharged and then we can go get the next crest, it's simple!" Ladybugmon says.
"Yeah, That sounds simple enough. But the question is, how long will we need it to charge up?" Agumon asks.
"Hmm....good point. I guess it will glow or something when it's fully charged." Ladybugmon said.
"Yeah, and after we get all of the Crests, We'll be A LOT stronger then before." Evander said. Jessica punches upward and jumps. "And then we can go defeat the Digimon Ruler!" Jessica shouts! Terriermon scrathes his left ear. Terriermon then falls over because he tripped on a tree root. Evander helped him up.
"OK, well let's see now, that's Grapleomon, Bishopchessmon, WereGarurumon, Birdmon's Ultimate, Lillymon, Angewomon and Ladydevimon. That equals up to 7 Ultimates. Also there's Boxerincectmon, Gargomon (Me), Greymon, Growlmon, Mario's Greymon, Drathmon and SnowAgumon's Champion, that equals up to 7 Champions so I think that we may have a good chance at beating him." Terriermon says.
Evander sighs. "But remember, that he's A LOT more powerfull then before now that he's Red-Marked." Evander said.
Lost in thought, Tameron stood, thinking about the crests and how they will find the thing to recharge the Gem. Mean while Rei looked at SnowAgumon intently, still wondering what she was doing there and why it had to be her there and not someone else.
Either of then not paying much attention to their surroundings, they both ended up drifting into a dazed zone like state, that was until Tameron had a mental image flash right before his eyes and he jumped.
Rei noticed that Tameron had jumped and was startled herself. She looked over at Tameron who's skin now looked ghost white and his face held a look of fear. For once she was a little conserned and had no clue why.
Nanomon looked up at Tameron, worried he stood there looking at Tameron wondering what was wrong and if he was ok. "Whats wrong? Are you ok?" Nanomon asked Tameron, still holding a look of concern.
Shaken up, the image still burned in Tamerons mind. He had imagined the worst....he imagined that they would all fail and die. Having watched too many anime shows throughout his child hood, this is the kind of thing that Tameron sees every once and a while, but unitl now he had never even been bothered by it. Then another thought ran throught his mind. What if it don't exist?...What if you all fail?
"Mario, you and Flora might be tired so Garurumon will cary you." Jessica said.

Garurumon lifted Mario and Flora onto his back. "Come on guys or We'll leave you behind. I'm just kidding Garurumon will walk won't you Garurumon?" Jessica asked. Garurumon nodded. "Yep."
Well, they wlaked off toward Jijimon's House.
"No!" Piximon yells. "Even though you all now have three of your Crests, you stand no hope still of taking on Jijimon! You will have to try and find the gem source yourself. Although I do not know the exact location of it, I do know that Jijimon found it while exploring the Infinity Mountains."
"OK, so do we go there?" Garurumon asks.
Zai sighed a little. Fun, fun, this little trip was turning out to be. The only thing that was good about this entire time in the digital world was that Syn was there.
"I love flowers..." Syn purred out, completely oblivious to the conversation around her.
"You do that..." Zai looked at the Digimon, then to everyone else, shutting her eyes for a few minutes. Really, she wasn't possitive if she should go with them. She doubted Evan would ever shut up, and try to attack her, with his stupidity, again. Then again, she could regret it if she didn't.
"Well, let's head for the mountains. But before we do we have to make sure that we have all of the supplies we need." Evander says before he turning to Jessica. Jessica opened her's and Evander's backpack. She found the following items, Pillows, Blankets, Jackets, Flashlights, Emergency food, and different pairs of underwear. "Yep, I think we have enough." Jessica says.
Evander rolls his eyes. He didn't know if Zai was going to complain the whole time or not. "Oh well, if she complains I'll stick her wings up with the honey and push her off the cliff. But then Again it won't be sticky enough she'll still be able to fly. d**n!!! SHE'S LIKE A MONKEY THAT WON'T GET OFF MY d**n BACK!!!!" Evander thinks.
. "Well let's go! Let's go Zai the fly!" Ladybugmon said being mean as he could. "OK, we're going." Garurumon said. Well Evander and Jessica hop on. "HEY-LET'S-GO-TO-THE-MOUNTANS-NOW!" Garurumon said very fast. He had gotten into Sugar again and Sugar always makes him hyper. Garurumon took off for Infinity Mountains. "WAAAAIIIT! WE'RE NOT READY YEEeeeeettt!!" Jessica yells as they dissapear out of the jungle.
Keith and Birdmon were still listening "Okay, I get it." Keith said <Let's go!> Birdmon piped up. Keith noticed Evander's rude look towards Zai "I don't know why, but I feel like I want to beat him up." he thought to himself as he brought out his staff adn walked along with everyone else, particularly making sure that Zai was okay.
Well the Gang is walking up Infinity Mountains. "Aww....man, we've been walking for 2 hours and I'm getting Tired." Garurumon said. Jessica nodded. "OK, Garurumon we'll walk from here." Jessica said. Garurumon smiled and let out a sigh. "Thank you." Garurumon said. Garurumon Dedigivolved back to Gabumon.
"Hey, I wonder where that Gem is?" Gabumon asked while looking around. Leormon looked around as well. Leormon was thinking that the main gemstone would be HUGE and the one that is in Flora's possesion is small, but it could also be about the size of a rock you might find in your drive way. "Well I don't see it but it could be about the size of your averege rock." Leormon said.
Gabumon sighed and frowned a bit. "Well I guess we should've asked what size the stone is." Gabumon said.
Evander walks up to Mario. "Mario? Do you think That Jessica's and my love for each other is....Infatuated?" Evander asked.
Keith was starting to get tired of the walking "I can handle 90 miles but this is like boring, so he began to leap across rocks and trees that came across the way but jumped on the gound and looked around for anything that looked interesting, Birdmon decided to fly around in order to add extra eyes.
Walking quietly, Zai kept her eyes on anything that moved, mainly Keith, since he seemed to be the only thing that moved, which actually made her slightly paranoid. Great... paranoia kicking in. What more could one want?
"Whoo!" Syn shouted, flinging herself to the ground, and running ahead of Zai, then waited for the digidestined to catch up, before running circles around the fallen. She seemed to have a lot of energy to burn, or something, as she rushed forwards, darting back, shouting random words, and how she felt like eating rocks.
"Well, where is it?" Evander asked himself looking around. "I don't know, but look, Zai finaly cought up!" Jessica pointed out. "Well, it looks like your legs don't move as fast as your mouth." Evander said. Ladybugmon was flying as well and almost crashed into Birdmon. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you the sun got in my eyes." Ladybugmon apologized.
Terriermon sighed. "Syn's insane..."
Birdmon managed to recover from the collision and looked at Ladybugmon <It's alright!> she said but heard about what Terriermon said about Syn and scolded him <Don't say that!!!> Keith looked up from his crouched position and looked at Evander "Be careful human." he wispered clutching his staff harder than usual before turning around and searching again.
Flora was asleep on top of Garurumon, Guilmon and Agumon with her. Angewomon and Lilymon fly around, also looking for the stone.
Soon, Angewomon returns. "I doubt it's going to be easy to find. After all, it's not like we're going to find it right out in the open. Otherwise, it would have been discovered a long time ago. Besides, if there is as much power in it as Piximon portrayed, then wouldn't Jijimon have hidden it so that no evil can use that for evil?"
"Hmm....you have a good point there Angewomon." Jessica says as she contenues to walk up the mountain
"Mabey the Digivices can help locate it." Pawnchessmon said.
"But she's spouting random words and how she felt like eating rocks? (o.o)" Terriermon said. Evander looked at Keith. "You and your Digimon sure stick up for Zai and her Digimon allot, what are you in love or something?." Evander asked. "And you be carefull kitty boy, I've defeated 100 bullys and 60 of them were bigger then me. I've only lost 7 fights in my hole life so if you feel like taking me on with your little stick then go ahead. Not only am I a great school yard brawler but I'm also a Black belt in karate."
Ladybugmon contenues to fly. "I hope that we don't have to come up here next time. Which will be the last time because after we get 3 crests we'll need to recharge it again. After that we'll only have to Crests to get after that." Ladybugmon said to himself.
Keith's ears twitched as he was looking and he turned to Evander to listen to his speach "I've beaten all of the students in my dojo, my master is the only one brave enough to train me! You don't have a prayer to beat me anyway!" he then turned around again and even though he had diverted the question about Zai, he faintly blushed and his tail slumped a bit.
Birdmon looked at Evander in disgust <You shouldn't talk to your friends like that!> she piped at him.
Jessica looks at the 2. "Stop Fighting, We have more importaint things to do!" Jessica yelled. Evander sighed. "Well, fine but only because Finding all of the crests and beating the Digimon Ruler is more importaint then fighting YOU right now. But I'll gladly fight you afterward or while someone else gets their crests." Evander said.
Well they got really near the top. "It must be here somewhere." Ladybugmon thought. Agumon looked up to Lillymon. "Wait Lillymon, wouldn't it maybe be hidden IN the mountain?" Agumon asks.
"Evan, stop being stupid," Zai grumbled, "first, think of taking on the Digimon Ruler. What if she attacks while you are fighting, wearing yourself out, and then you're too tired to be useful. Then she'll hurt your digimon," she rubbed her head a little, "do you really want that to happen?" her eyes shifted to Syn.
Syn was eyeing Keith with rather large eyes, as if examining his every little movement. Especially noting that he had reacted quite oddly. "Keithy-cat!" she shouted suddenly, "pick me up!"
"...Syn... must you pester him?" Zai sighed, her eyes flickering to Keith for a second, then back to the BlackGatomon, "she's a pain... if you want to, go ahead and ignore her... she'll forget about asking in a minute or two... just like she forgot about her stick, Billy... or whatever..."
"Who's Billy? Is he edible? I bet he is!" Syn's face appeared completely vacant, as her tail twitched.
Well Tameron, Nanomon, Rei and SnowAgumon came hiking up too. "Guys, we.......really....need, to rest." Tameron said almost out of breath. "You don't have to poop again do you? I told you not to eat any more of those berrys, that's how we got left behind!" Rei fussed. Tameron sighed and shook his head. "No....not...that kind....of rest." Tameron replied.
Evander saw him and came running towards him. But he started picking up speed and crashed into him, knocking them both almost off the mountain. Evander and Tameron took a sigh of releif. "*Whew* EVANDER!!!! WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ALL THIS!!??" Tameron asked angry. "Well.....we can't find the main gem and we thought that Mabey SnowAgumon can help us. I hear Dino Digimon are good at digging because of their horns and claws." Evander explained. "Hey, good Idea!" FrostAgumon says.

Well they start digging really fast and soon dig 4 feet into the ground.
Still nothing. Jijimon must have had some adventure finding the stone...
"Did you find anything yet?!" Tameron yelled. "NO!!" Drathmon replied. Evander jumped into the hole and started moving dirt with his hands. "Come on guys! Help me here!" Evander called out. Jessica jumped in and started digging with them. Soon they got 8 feet into the ground.
"Man, Jijimon must have had some adventure finding the stone." Greymon said as they were digging.
"I don't know how he found it. If he wasn't Red-Marked we could ask him." SnowGreymon said.
"Well let's just keep digging, we'll find it soon." Greymon said.
They looked below them to see if they found anything.
Keith stared down the hole and tried to smell anytin that felt differen Birdmon tried to see if she could see anything as well.
"Perhaps I can help..."
The voice came from Mario, but yet, it wasn't Mario's. However, he was now sitting up, his eyes glowing an orange color.
"Hey, are you that Dragon dude that shares the body with Mario? And yes help would be nice." Evander said.
Keith looked up and stared curiously at Mario "He wasn't acting like that a second ago." he thought to himself Birdmon flew down and landed on Keith's shoulder <What's up with him> She thought.
Lilymon looks at Keith. "Mario's...special. You see, he has this dragon spirit that inhabits his body, and it's because of the spirit that he can transform at will between a human and half-dragon form. Sometimes, the dragon spirit will come out and give us some aid."
Mario (possessed by Wernicus) sighs before getting into a meditation state, soon closing his eyes and seeming to rest.
"umm.....how is sleeping helping?" Greymon asks.
Well they continue to dig and soon reach 15 feet into the ground. Now If they wanted to get out Mario, or Boxerincectmon would have to help them out. "Uhh....I hope we found something." SnowGreymon sighs.
Wernicus sighs upon Greymon's statement. "I am not sleeping. I am meditating. You see, dragons have the ability to connect with nature, so I might be able to find any caverns, hidden or otherwise, in this mountain through listening to the elements around us."
Greymon sweatdropped in Anime Style. "Oops....my bad. "
Wernicus is silent for a bit longer before opening his eyes. "I sense a great energy deep underground. Too deep to dig to by hand or claw. However, I am also sensing a cavern near the top of the mountain that leads down into the mountain and to the gem."
"Well, let's go! Guy's I'll take the gym to the main stone." Ladybugmon said. "No, We'll go together, besides it'll probably take 15 minuets to get to the top anyway. I'm estimating how long it'll take to get up there." Evander said. Well everyone started walking towards the top.
Zai kept silent, as Syn climbed onto her shoulder.
"Werc...Wicu...Werg...Wern--i... Dragon-dude!" Syn shouted, giving up on attempting to pronounce his name, "Can you also sense if there's any Digimon that we'll meet there, or no?"
Wernicus silences again for a moment before responding. "I am indeed sensing some Digimon, but you can all relax, for none of them attack without reason or are red-marked."
Greymon sighs. "Well that's a relief." Greymon said.
Well soon they reach the top. "Well, we're here." Tameron says.
<Aw!!!! I relly wanted to fight someting!!!> Birdmon wailed "We may get some fighting in this soon" Keith said as he bounded for the top of the hill.
"Well, we;re here. let's go recharge it!" Evan said. "Wait, shouldn't we wait for the others?" Ladybugmon asked.
Keith landed near the top and was nealing on is staff, Birdmon was on his shoulder.
It said, "You must know that the passwords the best, the password you know is the last crest."
"The Last Crest? What does he mean by that?" Evander asked. Greymon Devolved to Agumon.
Wernicus places the marble into a hole by some patterns and the message. "It means the crest the it has previously pointed to." Wernicus explains. Flora takes a look at her crest. "Amity." She simply says. The doors open to reveal a large stone in the room. It must've been the main gemstone. "Well, is this it?" Guilmon asks as he enters the room. "I think it is...." Mario's Agumon replies.
"Now, you must place the marble on the main gemstone to recharge it." Wernicus explained. Flora steps forward. She places the marble in a small hole in the stone. Soon the stone glowed and a really bright light grew. "Well, does anyone have any sunglasses, someone turn it's headlights off!" Evander joked. Well after 4 minuets the glowing stopped and the gem was recharged. "My Work here is done." Wernicus said. Mario's head dropped. Mario's head then lifted. "Whoa, what happened. Hey! Where am I?" Mario asked. Zai looked at Mario. "Wernicus took over your body again. Well now we have the marble recharged." Zai said.
Syn hopped down from Zai's arms. "WHOO! Now that we have the gem recharged let's go get some cookies!" Syn shouted. Zai looked at her strange. "Umm....why?" She asked. "Because if we have cookies mabey the Digimon Ruler won't kill us! YAY FOR NO KILLING!" Syn yelled. Zai picked up Syn and started to walk out of the cavern. Zai was thinking about the big battle ahead, would they be able to defeat her?
Evander and the others also walked out. Well then everyones crest glew All of the Tags now pull away from their owners, floating into the air as the gem also rises. The Tags circle around the gem as the ring they form spins around and around, the lights firing out in all directions. Suddenly, the entire formation flashes brightly before coming down to waist-level of all of the Digidestined.
The Tags were all laid out like a six-pointed compass, all still circling around the glowing gem but much more slowly now.
The Tags suddenly freeze, and one glows brightly, as if it was pointing out something in that direction. The glow never fades from the Tag as all of the Tags now return to their original owners, and the gem floats down to the ground.
All of the lights fade, except one: Rei's Tag. It pointed towards ShougunGeckomon's castle.
