Deep in the Digital World lies a humongous tree with what looks like vines draping down. However, these are no vines, these are electrical wires. A circuit board pattern could be seen briefly fading in and out of visual sight on the tree's trunk. It was night time, and the sound of crickets and other digital life forms could be heard. A brown haired woman wearing a pink long sleeved shirt and white dress pants walked towards the gigantic tree. The woman's entire body was glowing in a golden aura. The tree's size is even more impressive than the largest buildings in the human world. The woman walked up to the bark of the tree and placed her hand on it. Her hand then sunk into the bark of the tree, phasing through it as though she were a ghost. "Ah, this is it." The woman said in a monotonous voice. She took a step forward and her entire body completely phased through the tree trunk! Inside the tree was a series of spiral stairs heading downward with a large humanoid presence in the middle who had to be nearly 100 feet tall! The humanoid presence had no legs, but the torso of his body stopped at the floor. The Torso appeared to be attached to the floor and wires were connected to the entity's torso. The entity had a head and two arms. The head of the entity was completely faceless, and looked like it was made of some kind of white metal. "So….you've arrived." The unworldly entity said, glancing towards the middle aged brunette woman. "Yes." She replied. "Allow me to help you down." The humanoid figure said, extending one his massive hands towards the brunette woman. The brunette woman had no expression on her face. She monotonously replied "Thank you. It was a long walk over here. This vessel needs to exercise more." The brunette middle aged woman stepped into the entity's hand and the entity then slowly turned around and lowered his hand down to the floor so that the woman could step off onto solid ground.
"What is it you wanted to see me for, Homeostasis?" Asked the legless, 100 foot tall entity. The entity was addressing the woman. The brunette woman replied "Yggdrasil, there is a threat looming in the near future that threatens to destroy everything. Not only the Digital World, and not even the human world, but every version of the Digital World and every version of the human world currently in existence." Homeostasis said, still as emotionless in her voice as when she first spoke. Yggdrasil was the name of this massively tall entity with a head, two arms, and a torso that connected to the floor. The reason he had wires connected to his body was that Yggdrasil is the central computer system of the Digital World. He is the King of the entire Digital World and keeps things running. His name is a little hard to pronounce for some, so he also goes by King Drasil. King Drasil is a 9000 Digimon. He is pure consciousness and can occupy one or more vessels at a time, such as a crystal ball, or his Digimon body known as Yggdramon. Several Yggdramon are stationed all over the Digital World. Upon hearing Homeostasis' grim report, Yggdrasil was silent for a moment. "Well, I'm sure the Digidestined can handle it. They stopped the Digimon Ruler, The Anti-Royal Knights, they saved me from The Mother Eater many years ago, and not to mention stopped ALL the eaters from eroding the Digital World. Their most recent act was that they stopped Ophanimon's plans after she fell a decade ago." Yggdrasil replied. He was silent for a moment before ending "Despite their many flaws, I am indebted to humans…and other non-Digimon races." That last line was a recognition that humans weren't the only intelligent life form in the physical world. Indeed, the universe was absolutely teeming with life; many of which visited Earth in the past and became the stuff of myths and legends. For example, mermaids come from the planet Aqualia, and they had visited Earth covertly throughout Earth's previous eras. Some not-so-careful mermaids sat on rocks and flirted with sailors and pirates who came by. Hence, the mermaid myth. The planet Devillis also spawned some Earth myths. Vampires was one of them. Devillians often feed on the blood of living animals, but contrary to the vampire myths, they don't need to in order to survive, nor is it the case that sunlight kills them. Some Devillians choose a blood free diet. Certain depictions of fallen angels also came from this race of people. Many of this Digital World's Digidestined consisted of multiple races; a few humans, a mermaid, a Demi-Wyvern, a Demi-Felincius, and a Devillian.
"I'm afraid those Digidestined aren't up to the task. At least not in the worst case scenario." Homeostasis said. "Then we'll draft more children." Yggdrasil responded. Homeostasis shook her head. "Should the threat become fully awakened, we actually need a Digimon whose power has never been seen in this or any version of the Digital World. What I propose is that we create a new Digimon. A Digimon that will embody the four elements of nature and be able to control them." Homeostasis replied. She paused for a moment for dramatic effect before finishing, "To bring harmony to all the worlds."
"Creating a Digimon like that from scratch would require an unreasonable amount of processing power! You're talking about a Digimon that would make gods bow down to its power!" Vggdrasil objected.
"That's why I'm here. I preside over the multiverse. I can connect you with all over versions of Yggdrasil across the different versions of the Digital World. Every single one of you will have the combined strength to do the job." Homeostasis said. "Very well." Yggdrasil responded. "Is that all?"
Homeostasis nodded. "That's all. I think I ought to be getting this vessel home now. Kari has a lovely husband and son waiting for them."
