Morty Shin walked through the halls of All For One World HQ. It had been a couple of days since he made contact with the Seven Demon Lords who had so mercilessly cut down the Digidestined and their Digimon in one of the many universes in the multiverse. He thought back to his interaction with them….
Morty Shin approached the seven Mega level demonic looking Digimon. He felt a bit of nervousness inside of him. He knew he had to be tactful. That these seven Digimon would work together at all was rare in the multiverse. Usually the likes of Lucemon, Lillithmon, Leviamon, etc. stayed in their own lanes, pursuing their own goals. To get them to cooperate with humans would require quite a bit of negotiation on a skill level Morty wasn't sure he had. He turned the corner from behind one of the many damaged buildings in the city. He began a slow clap, an applause. "Well done! Well done! I suppose in a sea of infinite universes, there's bound to be one where the Digidestined lose." Morty said, trying to make his voice sound confident in the presence of these evil digital titans. "You dare approach The Seven Demon Lords so casually!? Who do you think you are, human!?" Barbamon asked indignantly. Morty's heart started racing. He only said one thing to them and already one of them was angry. He put up both his hands and waved them to indicate that Barbamon should calm down. "Easy! Easy! I come to offer you a proposition." Morty said, still feigning confidence.
Lillithmon smirked and put her golden metallic finger up to her chin. "A proposition? What could a human possibly offer us?" She asked. Morty turned around and whistled. It was a signal for his comrades to join him. TomokoGizumon and BobGizumon showed up from inside of buildings that were still standing, but were clearly badly damaged. TomokoGizumon was carrying a small wooden jewelry box with a bronze latch on the front. TomokoGizumon undid the latch and opened the box, revealing several Red Stones inside. Morty turned back to the demon lords. "Have you heard the legend of Warlockmon?" Morty asked. Beelzemon was off to the side cleaning his guns with a rag. He looked over to Morty and scoffed. "He doesn't ring a bell. Should I care?" He asked, in a deep, gruff voice. Morty put his hands in his coat pocket. He was about to tell the demon lords all about this Warlockmon.
"Warlockmon was a Digimon from Witchenly. Witchenly is sort of a Digital World within the Digital World, so to speak. It's a place where Digimon go to learn, practice, and hone sorcery and witchcraft. Sort of a Hogwarts for Digimon if you will. Some Digimon have come to the Digital World from Withcenly such as Wizardmon and Witchmon. Witchenly's sorcery is another name for high programming systems and come in four systems; earth, wind, fire, and water. Warlockmon was an especially gifted magic using Digimon, surpassing all of his classmates at lightning speed, graduating years before his colleagues did. Warlockmon wanted to use magic to make Witchenly, The Digital World, and The Human World a better place. In doing this, he created magical red gems that could grant immortality, tame wild beasts, heal various injuries, and even create new life. In addition to these wonderful uses, the magical gems could also enhance a Digimon's fighting power. Warlockmon called them The Deity Stones because of their awesome power. The council of Wizards deemed that these Deity Stones were far too powerful, and that in the wrong hands, these stones could actually be harbingers of destruction and pain rather than creation and life. The Council Of Wizards ordered that all traces of the stones be destroyed. Warlockmon was angry and resentful towards the council of Wizards. He took the Deity Stones he had and fled to the Digital World. Warlockmon dug deep underground and hid the stones away." Morty explained.
"Then what happened?" TomokoGizumon asked before suddenly realizing she spoke out of her term. Her eyes widened and she covered her mouth. She hoped Morty wouldn't be angry with her. Morty noticed her reaction and shot a glare towards her. He had wanted the two to be silent because if any of them said the wrong thing, the demon lords would kill them all. Not even Owarimon could stop them, not at her current digivolution level anyway. He looked back in the Seven Demon Lords direction and sighed. "Warlockmon spent several months in the Digital World, in the underground domain he had built for himself. He trained day and night honing his witchcraft and trying to improve upon the Deity Stones uses. He wanted to make the Deity Stones able to do all things; control space, control time, control any living thing (not just Digimon), heal even fatal injuries rather than just moderate ones, and be able to resurrect the dead. In short, he kept working on the Deity Stones until they truly lived up to their name….until they became omnipotent. Sadly, his endeavors were halted by a lone Digidestined chosen by Homeostasis and his Digimon Partner; a Sorcermon. Sorcermon warp digivolved into a magic using Digimon no one had ever seen before; SorcererSuprememon. SorcererSuprememon used every bit of power he had to destroy Warlockmon, causing him to revert back into a DigiEgg as his Digidestined partner's dismay. The Deity Stones he had hid in the mines went untouched for many years, until one day, a young girl and her Lopmon stumbled into the mine by accident. Apparently, the stones were imbued with a black magic that took over her heart gave her a hunger for power and violence. She became known as The Digimon Ruler, and thus, a new team of Digidestined were summoned; ones from all over that universe's different planets. Jijimon and the rest of the Digital World council knew that this threat was too big to just have Digidestined from one planet." Morty explained.
Morty then took the box of Deity Stones out of TomokoGizumon's hands and started walking towards the Seven Demon Lords. "If you'll join my organization, I will grant you these Deity Stones. They will increase your powers exponentially, and no one will ever be able to stop you!"
Beelzemon had finished cleaning his guns. He put his guns back in the holster and laid back on the ground, folded his arms behind his head, and closed his eyes. "That was a nice story, but we don't your stinkin' rocks. We're already unstoppable. Any more power would be redundant." Beelzemon said. Lillithmon looked over at Beelzemon with an odd look on her face. Beelzemon was power hungry. Why would he turn this offer down? Perhaps his hatred of humans outweighed his love of power? Morty shook his head. "Tisk, tisk, tisk. You have no idea what's coming, do you? Every King Drazil in the entire Digimon Multiverse has combined their processing power to make the most powerful Digimon ever created. Her name is Harmonymon. She's basically a goddess made of data. From what I've heard, she also has an innate power to travel to other universes. And she has an extremely benevolent heart. When she learns what you've done to the Digidestined and Digimon partners of this universe, she'll hunt you down and slaughter you all without breaking a sweat." Morty said.
Morty had withheld the whole truth from them about Harmonymon's creation. If they knew she was currently four Digimon who could only digivolve up to Ultimate, the Demon Lords wouldn't see her as an immediate threat and probably wouldn't agree to help them.
"How do we know you're telling the truth?" Lucemon asked.
"Because I'm the only one with something to lose. If you find out I'm lying, you can simply kill me, but if I'm telling the truth, you'll have the power needed to take Harmonymon down. Think about it; there's no risk to you seven by joining me. If I'm telling the truth and you turn down my proposition, you'll all die. If I'm lying and there is no Harmonymon, you'll just have wasted a little bit of your time serving me and you can cut me down when I'm found out. Why not hedge your bets and join me?" Morty argued.
Lucemon smiled and walked over to Morty until he was mere inches i in front of him. Lucemon (Chaos Mode) was actually much taller to Morty Shin. Lucemon was 7 foot tall to Morty's 5'3. He extended a hand to Morty and looked down at him with a smile. "You make a compelling argument. We'll join you." He said. As leader of the Seven Demon Lords, he had the final say of what the Seven did. Morty grinned as he shook Lucemon Chaos Mode's hand. "Excellent." Morty said. Beelzemon opened one of his eyes and looked over to the two shaking hands. He then looked back, closed the eye again, and scoffed. "Whatever you say, boss." Beelzemon said. Leviamon growled. Barbamon tapped him on the snout. "Like I said, patience! You'll have your meal soon!" Barbamon said to the giant alligator-like Digimon.
Back in the present day, Morty looked up. He had a concerned look on his face. He walked down the halls with his hands in his coat pockets. "I omitted the fact that Harmonymon was split into four Rookies who can't fully digivolve yet. If they find that out, I'm done for. I just need them to be in the dark about that until I can get Owarimon to the Mega level. Then, it won't matter. My plan will be fully realized and both Harmonymon AND the Demon Lords will be wiped out." Morty thought to himself.
The Glovion Residence….
It was about 6:00 in the evening. It was a Saturday, and several days has passed since Morty first contacted the Seven Demon Lords. Back in the universe Taylor came from, Evander and Jessica were looking at a pie recipe book together. The book appeared to be very old. Evander was to the left of the book and Jessica was to the right. Both of them were leaning in from their horizontal directions to look at the contents of the pages at the same time. "Well, it looks like I have enough of all of the ingredients to make this Chicken Pot Pie." Jessica said. Evander grinned and said, "Ah yeah! I haven't tasted Mom's home made chicken pot pie in ages!" Jessica turned and walked over to the freezer. She took some packaged chicken out and looked down at the expiration date. Jessica grimmaced when she saw the date; 6/7/29. Jessica looked over to Evander, still gremacing. "Uhh…Evander? This chicken expired 4 years ago." She said. Evander looked surprised. "What!? How in the heck have we had the same food in our freezer for that long!?" He exclaimed in shock. Jessica shrugged. She walked into the living room where the Digimon were watching television. They were watching the news.
"This is Smorphagorph Gorphkellyba with the news. Opinions about Digimon from the populace continues to be divided. Some people are adamant that Digimon are pests and will only cause more trouble if allowed to continue living side by side with natives of the physical world. Others hold their ground and vouch for the Digimon on their behalf." The anchorwoman said before switching to an interview. Jessica frowned when she caught wind of what was on the news. Despite all this time, people still blamed Digimon for the damaged caused to Japanese cities across the country even though they were being controlled by evil humans. She feared that her Digimon might be discriminated against in the near future if things didn't improve. Jessica put the thought out of her head. She looked over at the 6 Rookie level Digimon and asked, "Could I trouble you to go out and buy some chicken from the deli?" Gabumon hopped off the couch and started heading for the door. "Sure thing, Jessica." Gabumon said. Agumon, Terriermon, Ladybugmon and the others followed. "I'll go too!" Agumon said. "And so will I. It's nice to get some fresh air once in a while." Terriermon said. "I want some candy! Can we buy candy on the way home?" Ladybugmon asked. "That stuff'll rot your teeth, Ladybugmon." Terriermon replied. Leormon was asleep curled up like a typical housecat. He raised his head and yawned, then stood up and stretched. "I suppose I'll go too. Things have been so boring around here lately." Leormon said as he hopped down from the couch and walked over to the front door with the rest of the Digimon. Pawnchessmon also followed them, saying, "I guess I'll go to the deli with you for the halibut." Jessica closed her eyes and put her hand up to her mouth, giggling. "Pawnchessmon, I think Zai's love of puns is starting to wear off on you." She said.
The Digimon then all left out the front door. Jessica was then taken by surprise as her husband threw his arms around her from behind. He had a big grin on his face. "Hey. It's been a long time since we had the house all to ourselves. Why don't we…you know…?" Jessica began smiling lustfully. However, before she could respond, they heard the 6 Rookie Digimon let out a fearful yell! Evander removed his arms from around his wife and bolted towards the door, grabbing his smartphone Digivice from out of his pants pocket while he ran. Jessica followed suit. "Agumon! Terriermon! Ladybugmon! Are you guys al-" Evander said as he opened the door. Evander was aghast at what he saw! Agumon, Ladybugmon, Terriermon, Gabumon, Leormon, and Pawnchessmon were all being monhandled by several Mega level Digimon! Belphemon, who was as large as an apartment complex, held Evander's Rookie level Digimon in his grip! His Digimon were like action figures in the hand of this massive behemoth! Jessica's Digimon, were being held in the jaws of a massive crocodile-like Digimon; Leviamon!
Apart from Leviamon and Belphemon, the other Demon Lord Digimon were also standing in front of the Glovion Residence; Lucemon, Barbamon, Beezlemon, Daemon, and Lillithmon. "Evander! Help us!" Agumon cried out. Evander's eyes widened and his breathing started to get heavy. "Th-the Seven Demon Lords! All here!? At the same time!?" Evander exclaimed. Jessica appeared from behind her. Jessica gasped in shock. "Gabumon! Leormon! Pawnchessmon!" She exclaimed. "So you already know who we are?" Lucemon observed, somewhat surprised. "I do. What I don't know is what you want with our Digimon. Are you with All For One World?" Evander interrogated. Lucemon Chaos Mode smirked and started laughing a little. "Brilliant Deduction, Sherlock. We are with All For One World, but it's not your Digimon we're interested in." Lucemon Chaos Mode replied. Jessica raised her digivice and prepared to get her Digimon to digivolve. Lucemon held his hand out forward. "Stop! If you so much as twitch, we'll crush your Digimon right here, right now. Destroying Rookies in one shot is nothing to a Demon Lord." Lucemon said.
Zai, Syn, and Jacob ran out of their house that was right next door to the Glovion Residence. "What's going on here?" Zai asked. Syn gasped when she saw Lillithmon. "Uh oh! The Seven Demon Lords!" Syn exclaimed. Before Zai could do anything, Lillithmon lunged at Syn and grabbed her by the throat. Then, she jumped back and got some distance between them. Lillithmon raised her right hand up to Syn's throat. She pointed her finger at the black cat Digimon's throat. The tips of the fingers on the metallic glove Lillithmon wore on this hand looked sharp. "Don't move a muscle! Otherwise, this kitty will lose all nine of her lives!" Lillithmon threatened.
Mario and Flora also came out of the house with their Digimon. Barbamon and Beelzemon swept in and took their Digimon hostage as well, with Barbamon holding sharp claws up to Gatomon's and Palmon's throats and Beezlemon holding his guns up to Guilmon's and Mario's Agumon's heads. "Palmon! Gatomon!" Flora shouted anxiously. "Guilmon! Agumon!" Mario shouted anxiously.
"Why would Digimon as powerful as you seven need to resort to such cowardly tactics?" Evander added with anger in his tone. "We've come here to take hostages, not fight." Beelzemon said as he tapped the barrel of one of his guns at Palmon's head.
"We'll destroy you later. Right now, we just need you to come with us so we can use you as bait." Barbamon said.
Evander growled. "Our children! You want our children, don't you!?" Evander shouted in anger. His blood was boiling at the mere thought of them doing anything to hurt his daughter. Lucemon chuckled. "Wrongo, Detective. All For One World can find your children to attack them any time he wants. We're trying to lure someone far more valuable out into the open." Lucemon said.
The Millennial Digidestined looked surprised at this. So, they weren't after The Elemental Four? Was Lucemon telling the truth? But what could be more important to All For One World than destroying The Elemental Four; the only ones who could stop Owarimon if she reached her final digivolution level? Everyone was silent for a moment. Flora's mind was racing. She was trying to find a strategy, but right now if any of them made one wrong move, their Digimon would be instantly deleted! Evander felt sick to his stomach. He closed his eyes and bowed his head. "Fine. We'll go with you." He said. Jessica looked over at her husband standing beside her in shock. They couldn't just give up! They had to find some way to fight! Flora looked furious. "Evander! What are you thinking!?" She yelled. "They got the jump on us. There's nothing we can do!" Evander replied. The Demon Lords looked pleased. "Good. Now, throw your digivices down on the ground. We don't want any funny business in-transit to the Dark Area." Daemon said.
The Millennial Digidestined had the look of hopelessness across their faces. They each took their D-Smartphones and tossed them into one pile, one by one. Zai looked over to her BlackGatomon being held up by the neck in Lillithmon's arms. She longed to grab her little kitty and hold her in her arms, but she couldn't. Syn was just one Naiser Nail away from deletion. One wrong move, and her partner would be reduced to a DigiEgg.
Queens, New York….
At the Liberty Residence, Emily Liberty sat on the couch flipping through TV channels. Lopmon was lying on the couch next to her with her head on Emily's right thigh. Lopmon got an annoyed expression on her face. "Ugh! Just pick something to watch already!" Lopmon said irritably. "But there's nothing good on!" Emily rebutted. "That's why I told you to connect to all these streaming services!" Lopmon argued. All of a sudden, the entire television screen turned blue with the message "No signal" in the middle. Emily raised an eyebrow in confusion. She tapped the buttons on the remote trying to resume channel surfing, but the TV wouldn't respond. "What's the deal here?" Emily asked. Lopmon sat up and turned around to face the TV. "Oh great! You broke it!" Lopmon said. Just then, the black and white TV static turned into a full screen's worth of 1s and 0s. "Binary code?" Emily observed aloud.
Just then, something no one expected happened! Morty Shin emerged from the TV and stood right in Emily's living room. Emily and Lopmon were both startled by this. "Wh-who are you?!" Emily asked. "Hopefully the TV repairman!" Lopmon joked. Morty smirked. "Good morning, oh mighty Digimon Ruler." Morty said. Emily scowled. She grit her teeth and clenched her fist while looking down. "The Digimon Ruler died a long time ago." Emily replied. She hated to be called by her old title. The Digimon Ruler was a ruthless teenage girl who made the lives of innocent Digimon a living Hell. That was not who she was anymore. Emily Liberty was a single mother who adored her son, and was a Digidestined. How dare this man call her by such a wretched name. "She's dead, you say? That's too bad. I really needed her assistance. Perhaps we can find a way to resurrect her." Morty replied. Morty then raised his arm and snapped his finger. When he did so, Emily's television screen changed from a bunch of 1s and 0s to footage of Evander and co. being hauled through the Dark Area in chains with their Digimon, all in a straight line. Emily's eyes widened with shock. "E-Evander? Jessica? What is this!?" Emily exclaimed.
Morty walked over and sat on the couch next to Emily. He wrapped his arm around her with a smug look on his face. Gesturing the other arm towards the TV, he said, "A few of my newest employees have your friends. But don't worry, they won't harm them unless I tell them to. And I would only tell them to unless I didn't get what I wanted." Morty said. Emily felt fearful. Her friends' lives were in danger. She didn't look him in the eye, but just continued to stare at the footage of her friends being hauled off as prisoners. "And….what is it….that you want?" Emily asked. Lopmon hopped down onto the floor and turned around to face Morty. Lopmon clenched her fist and glared at Morty Shin angrily. "We don't need to know that! Evander and his friends are strong! They can fight those Digimon with no problem!" Lopmon said. "They might be able to…if they hadn't left their digivices back in the real world. But even then, the Seven Demon Lords are some of the most powerful Digimon there are." Morty said. Emily closed her eyes and winced. She was hoping this was a bad dream. "What…do you want?" Emily repeated. "From Emily Liberty? Nothing. From the Digimon Ruler….I am in need of some new Red Stones. You see, the stock I've been using has dwindled greatly." Morty explained.
"I…I don't know how to make Red Stones. I only found them in a mine and learned how to use them." Emily said. Morty then leaned in closer to Emily's face. "Are you sure you didn't find…Warlockmon's spell book?" Morty asked. Emily's heart dropped. "How…do you know about that?" Emily asked. "Do you still have it?" Morty asked, getting up and walking back over to the TV. "No! She torched it!" Lopmon replied. Morty turned around and looked down at the little brown bunny Digimon. "That's a shame. Because I was thinking of simply taking the spell book and making the stones myself. But I guess I'll have to take The Digimon Ruler after all." Morty replied. Emily scowled. This was bad. Although she had destroyed the book, she still knew how to create the Red Stones. After you create Red Stones time after time after time, eventually you know the steps by heart.
"Come with me…now…or your friends die…oh mighty Digimon Ruler." Morty said in a menacing tone. Emily stood up and bowed her head. "Ok. Let's go." Emily said. Lopmon frowned. She ran up and hugged her partner's leg. "No, Emily! You can't!" Lopmon said. "I can't let my friends die." Emily said. The sound of defeat filled her voice.
Emily and Lopmon went with Morty Shin back to All For One World HQ.
All For One World HQ….
Emily walked into Morty's office wearing a black, strapless crop top that bore much of her midriff, a long black cape, a red skirt, and knee high silver boots. She also donned a dark brown headband with 3 dark blue crystals in the center. On her hands were two fingerless gloves with Red Stones embedded in them. Curled up, strapped to her thigh, was a large dark gray whip. This was basically an adult sized version of The Digimon Ruler outfit she wore in 2006. She looked so ashamed. "Why do I have to dress like this?" Emily asked, tearfully. Morty Shin was looking at his computer, so he hadn't noticed when she came into the room donning her new outfit. He looked up and gave a wolf whistle. "Looking good, Emily." He said. Lopmon was following behind her. Emily was disgusted. "Why do I have to wear this?" Emily asked again. Morty got up from his desk and walked over to her. "Because All For One World has a policy about people wearing the uniforms for the jobs assigned to them. You're The Digimon Ruler, so you must dress like The Digimon Ruler." Morty said.
Morty, Emily, and Lopmon walked into a large room elsewhere in the base. Some All For One World members brought in boxes and boxes of what looked to be ordinary rocks. "Where should we put these, oh mighty Digimon Ruler?" One of the All For One World members asked. Morty had previously instructed all bases to address her as The Digimon Ruler or "Your majesty". Emily pointed to the center of the room. "Arrange all of the rocks in the shape of a pentagram." She said. They did as she instructed. When the rocks were all lined up in a pentagram shape, Emily sat down in front of the rocks and clasped her hands. She began chanting in a language that didn't sound like any language known to man. Lopmon could understand it though. It was Witchish; the native language of the Digimon from Witchenly. As Emily chanted, her body began to glow in a red aura-like energy. The red energy then spread out from Emily's body, from underneath her body, headed in the direction of the rocks. The red energy then consumed the rocks and they began glowing. Emily continued to chant in Witchish. This process took a while. Emily had to recite 10 consecutive phrases in Witchish a total of 50 times. The phrases were shorthand for advanced coding. To an observer, Emily looked like a witch reciting magical incantations. In reality, she was verbally speaking some of the most advanced computer code language known to man or Digimon…or the shorthand version anyway. It was analogous to using Elementor or Google Sites to design a website rather than typing every bit of HTML purely by hand.
Lopmon looked at her partner in sadness. She thought she would never hear Emily chanting these evil words again. Neither did Emily for that matter. Emily didn't want to. Lopmon knew how much remorse Emily had from being The Digimon Ruler. All of this must be painful for her, Lopmon thought.
It took Emily about 15 minutes, but after Emily had finished, the Red Stones (or Deity Stones) were glowing brightly. Morty Shin walked over to one of them and picked them up off the ground. He grinned as he clutched the evil stone in his right hand. He looked back at Emily, the grin never leaving his face. "Just as I thought. You had those incantations committed to memory. No one with a decent memory could repeat those lines that many times and not eventually memorize them. Emily felt sick to her stomach. She knew Morty was going to use these stones for evil purposes, and she had helped create them. She had created a lot of Deity Stones back in the day, enough to control every Digimon in the Digital World, but as many as she created, there weren't an infinite amount. It seemed as though with the Anti-Royal Knights, C.A.D, and All For One World all employing such Deity Stones in such large numbers, they really had dwindled down to where there were only a few left. Emily would have let them use all the Red Stones up so they could never be employed for evil again, but she had just created more; about 100 more in the span of 15 minutes, in fact. Whatever evil these new stones would bring about would be her fault. This all felt surreal to her. She just wanted to get up and run away. She wanted to wake up in her bed.
She hoped that this was just another one of her nightmares brought on by her PTSD. But she knew it wasn't. Now, she could only imagine what horrors Morty was going to bring about. But something still bothered her; how did Morty know about Warlockmon and his Spellbook? Emily hadn't even told the other Digidestined after all these years. Emily thought the only persons who knew of this book's existence were her and Lopmon. She had been asked by her fellow Digidestined how the stones came to be in the past, but she lied and said she didn't know. She wanted this evil book and its recipe for evil stones to never be known by anyone. She planned on taking the book's secrets with her to her grave. What's more, Morty wasn't even from her universe? How did he go to her version of The Digital World and even learn of this book's existence?
Morty had shown he had multiversal travel ability earlier in her own living room. However, Morty wasn't even alive when Emily was the Digimon Ruler, only being in his early 20s and it currently being the year 2033. She was the Digimon Ruler in 2006 and she destroyed Warlockmon's book the following year. Morty had to have been born around 2011-2012 given how old he appeared to be. Emily's thoughts were broken by Morty's voice. "You're feeling' tired, oh mighty ruler? Why don't you go to your chamber and rest. We'll make more stones tomorrow." Emily was silent, but she stood up and walked out with her head hanging low, Lopmon following behind. Two All For One World members escorted Emily to her room in the All For One World base. Emily and Lopmon went into the room and closed the door behind her. Emily wasn't aware of it, but the ones who escorted her didn't leave. They were guarding the door in case Emily tried to escape. Morty didn't think she would, given the consequences to her friends, but it was never a bad idea to have a safety net for your safety net. Despite looking like a nice motel room, this was actually a prison cell.
Emily looked over to a body sized mirror hanging on the wall and saw herself in her updated Digimon Ruler outfit. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. She fell to her knees and started sobbing uncontrollably. Lopmon ran over to her and hugged her by the arm as Emily emotionally broke down. In that moment, every evil thing she ever did as the Digimon Ruler played in her mind as a consecutive series of flashbacks.
Elsewhere, Ryo Akiyama stood in an All For One World uniform. He grimaced as he walked down the hallway and heard Emily's emotional breakdown. Mirei Mikagura had informed all about her past. He was informed on the Elemental Four and all their parents. "How despicable." Ryo thought to himself. Ryo's Digimon partner, Cyberdramon, walked behind him. Ryo was the only Digidestined/Tamer at All For One World. All of All For One World's fighting power came from either controlling Digimon through Red Marks, Gizumon XT, or the Gizumon hybrids such as TomokoGizumon, BobGizumon, and the now deceased ChelseaGizumon, the latter of which was from Morty's universe's version of Aqualia. Chelsea was actually the last mermaid in existence in Morty's universe. Her planet had been completely ravaged by the multiversal wars, and that version of Aqualia's inhabitants were all but extinct. Chelsea had joined All For One World to avenge her people, and prevent any more suffering of that magnitude from occuring again. As Ryo walked down the hallway, he thought about how he sympathized with the pain of those who fought for the cause, but he could never approve of such Draconian measures to stop inter-universe wars. In his mind, it would be like wiping out every inhabitant of all other countries entirely just to ensure your nation didn't go to war again. It wasn't a perfect analogy, but no analogy is. All analogies break down at some point.
Ryo finally made it to the room he was headed to. He opened the door, and then he and Cyberdramon walked in. Ryo closed the door behind him and then tapped on a few places of the wall. He always had a hard time remembering the exact tile his secret phone was in. Secret phone? Oh yes, Ryo has a phone that goes directly to World For Us All HQ. It was built by Izzy Izumi and his team. Ryo finally found the right panel. It made a different noise when tapped than the other tiles. Ryo removed the tile, revealing the phone underneath. He picked up the phone and dialed the number.
World For Us All HQ…
Mirei Mikagura was sitting at her desk petting her Gatomon and BlackGatomon that were in her lap. Like Willis, Evander, Jessica, Mario, and Flora, she had more than one Digimon Partner. The two monochrome kitties were soaking up the affection as regular cats were. They were curled up in a ball on her lap, purring. At that time, the phone rang. Mirei picked it up. "What have you got for me, Ryo?" Mirei asked in a serious tone. Mirei held the phone up to her ear as Ryo explained everything that just happened; from Evander, Jessica, Mario, Flora, and Zai getting kidnapped by the Seven Demon Lords to Emily being forced to create new Deity Stones against her will. Mirei's eyes widened in surprise. "Evander and his team were kidnapped!? And Emily is making Red Stones against her will!?" Mirei said. Mirei's Gatomon and BlackGatomon looked surprised at well. Mirei was silent on the phone as Ryo talked to her some more. "Use the Red Stones to activate Mega Digivolution? ……..Got it." Mirei said. She then hung up.
All For One World HQ….
Ryo hung up the phone. Then he placed the panel back where he had previously removed it and prepared to leave. "You think those kids can handle it? The Demon Lords are no pushovers." Cyberdramon said. "I do. Their Digimon are powerful. If they can just digivolve to the Mega level, I'm sure they won't be that hard to defeat." Ryo said.
World For Us All HQ…
Mirei was standing in front of a room full of chairs, but not empty chairs, these chairs had people in them. It looked kind of like a lecture hall. Each chair was occupied by a World For Us All Member. Takato Matsuki, Jeri Matsuki, Izzy Izumi, Marcus Damon, Yoshino Fujieda, Willis Walls, Zoe Orimoto, Rika Nonaka, Joe Kido, T.K Takaishi, Kari Takaishi, and, of course, their Digimon partners. The Elemental Four and their Digimon partners also occupied seats. "I've called you all here today with some unsavory news. Evander Glovion, Jessica Glovion, Mario Soleman, Flora Soleman, and Zaiaku Gray have all been kidnapped by a group of evil Digimon known as The Seven Demon Lords." Mirei explained. Taylor gasped and stood up in her seat. "Kidnapped!? What do you mean!? How could someone as strong as my Mom and Dad be taken in ANY Digimon?!" Taylor asked. "Please calm down, Miss Glovion. I will explain." Mirei said. Taylor did sit back down.
"As many of you already know, these men and women are Digidestined from the same universe as the children this organization was built to serve; The Elemental Four. Indeed, these exact people are all parents of three of them. Ergo, you may be wondering how such powerful chosen tamers could be taken somewhere against their will. 'Wouldn't MarineOmnimon slice and dice them all?' you're probably thinking. Our double agent has informed me that The Demon Lords had their Digimon by the kahunas and if they made one wrong move, the Demon Lords would crush their partners in their Rookie forms before they had a chance to act. They should now be held prisoner in different places in a place in Universe's 616's Digital World known as The Dark Area." Mirei explained.
"What about my mother? Is she safe? The Demon Lords didn't get her too, did they?" Emmett asked.
"Well, the good news is that the Demon Lords don't have her. The bad news is that All For One World does. Morty Shin is using the other Digidestined as hostages to force Emily into creating more Red Stones. Apparently, she has the knowledge to." Mirei replied.
Emmett started trembling. His worst fear was losing his mother the same way he lost his father years prior. He thought she was safe back at home, that she would just live her life as an office worker and come home to eat dinner, and hopefully, occasionally go on a date. He never dreamed that she could be taken by All For One World.
Sitting next to Takato, Jeri Matsuki smirked.
