1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the 5G LTE: FORCE MODE Only mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cent Studio Global (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. License to Use the App
3.1 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App or your rights to any third party
Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access or interact with the App
4. Permitted Use
The App is designed to provide internet speed testing, WiFi analysis, data usage tracking, and related utility functions. You may use these features for personal, informational purposes only. Commercial use of the App or its outputs without our prior written consent is prohibited.
5. Device Permissions
To function properly, the App requires access to certain device features and data, including but not limited to:
Location – required by Android to scan nearby WiFi networks
Phone State – to display SIM and carrier information
Usage Access – to calculate per-app data usage statistics
You may manage these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit the functionality of the App. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that the App will use them solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party services, including analytics and advertising platforms such as Firebase and AdMob. Your use of the App is subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
Third-party services may collect device identifiers, usage data, and approximate location data in accordance with their own privacy policies. You may limit personalized advertising by adjusting your device’s Advertising ID settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are the exclusive property of Cent Studio Global or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the App beyond the limited license expressly set forth herein.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
The results of speed tests or network diagnostics will be accurate, complete, or reliable
Any defects or errors in the App will be corrected
Speed test and network data provided by the App are estimates for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CENT STUDIO GLOBAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cent Studio Global and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
