The first in a two-course algebra-based sequence, this course focuses on the core principles and laws governing motion. The course examines both linear and circular motion using kinematic equations, Newton's laws, work-energy principles, energy conservation, and momentum and its conservation. Problem-solving through the application of concepts, use of algebra and graphical analysis is emphasized throughout the course.
