This is, not surprisingly about diet food delivery, or the kind of specialist diet that is prepared by a company and delivered to your home as a kind of meal replacement menu designed to help you lose weight.
Some consider it a lazy way of shedding a few pounds. While that might be true when you look at how the process works, I don't believe there will ever be a truly "lazy" way to lose weight, because the body is a complicated system in itself and it takes a fair amount of concerted effort to gain weight through storing way more fat than you need.
Also, it generally takes a pretty long time to put that weight on in the first place. Nobody can realistically expect to lose it quickly or, easily. It takes work and effort and time.
Who Am I?
I'm Jay Burry and losing weight was a thing I needed to do a while ago, but was always too busy to do anything about it. Then I heard about this way of dieting and decided to give it a try.
It worked for me because it didn't take up any of my valuable time to adhere to a food plan that was both nutritious, balanced and low in calories. It sent me into a calorie deficit each day and down came my weight!
