Plunk! ("the App") is a stat-tracking application for the game of Beer Die. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We are committed to being transparent and keeping your information secure.

Name — used for your player profile and league display
Age — used for your player profile and to verify you meet the app's age requirement
Location (city/region) — optionally added to your profile
Profile photo — optionally uploaded to personalize your profile
Game statistics — wins, losses, plunks, FIFAs, self-plunks, and other tracked stats you manually enter
League data — league names, membership, and rankings
We do not collect payment or financial information
We do not collect precise GPS location
We do not access your contacts, camera roll, or microphone without your explicit permission
We do not track your activity across other apps or websites
We use the information collected solely to:
Display your player profile within the App
Calculate and display your Player Rating and other statistics
Enable league creation, joining, and rankings
Improve app performance and fix bugs

Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cloud storage/backend provider (e.g., Firebase, Supabase, or similar) — for storing user data and league information

Plunk is rated 18+ in most countries and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Correct inaccurate information in your profile at any time within the App
Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
Withdraw consent for optional data (such as profile photo or location) at any time

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
