Privacy Policy — Adventist Itinerary

1. Publisher and contact

Dier Aora Knowledge Engineers, info.dake@gmail.com. This application is not an official General Conference service unless a formal relationship is established.

2. Data processed

The app allows you to create church organization names, departmental activities, dates, venues, descriptions, officer/pastor names and reminder preferences. These records are stored in an SQLite database on your phone. The 2026/27 General Conference special-day reference dates are bundled within the app. The offline version does not require an account or collect personal identifiers for a publisher-operated server.

3. Why and how

Data are processed locally to display, filter, harmonize, export and remind you of your selected itinerary. The app does not contain advertisements, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or network synchronization. When you explicitly export or share a document, that document may include officer names, venues and details you selected. Your receiving app/recipient operates under its own data-processing practices.

4. Permissions

Android notification permission is requested only if you opt into event reminders. System document pickers handle file import/export, avoiding broad storage permissions. No location, camera, contacts or microphone access is required.

5. Storage, retention and security

Data remain in private application storage unless you export/share them. Android system backup is disabled for this offline version. You can remove local events within the app or uninstall the app to remove the app's private records. Exported copies are not deleted automatically and must be managed by their recipients. Please avoid entering confidential counselling or membership details in a shared itinerary.

6. Children

The app is intended as a church scheduling utility; it does not knowingly collect children's personal data for the publisher. Adults responsible for children should avoid adding private child information to public itineraries.

7. Transfers and changes

No data are transmitted by the app to a developer backend in the offline edition. A future account, cloud sync or official publisher feature would materially change this privacy statement and require new notice and appropriate consent or legal basis. Updated policy dates and contact information will be published here.

8. Your choices

You control event entry, deletion, optional notification permission and deliberate exports. Contact the publisher via the support channel listed above for privacy inquiries.
