The Artist enforces a strict, uncompromising doctrine of digital sovereignty and data minimization. Consequently, the User is formally notified that this Site absolutely prohibits and technically omits the integration of:

Performance and heuristic tracking algorithms.
Commercial advertising pixels (including but not limited to Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or X tags).
Third-party behavioral analytics suites (such as Google Analytics).
Cross-site scripting (XSS) for demographic profiling or remarketing purposes.

As no non-essential data retrieval mechanisms are deployed, the Artist fundamentally rejects the commercial commodification of the User's digital footprint.

3. ESSENTIAL SERVER-SIDE NETWORK PROTOCOLS (STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES)

The Site utilizes the proprietary hosting infrastructure of Google Sites (Alphabet Inc.). To execute the digital transmission requested by the User, the hosting servers systematically mandate the deployment of transient, structurally essential tokens (hereinafter, "Technical Cookies").

These Technical Cookies are unequivocally limited to the following operational imperatives:

Cryptographic & Network Security: Mitigating unauthorized data scraping, preventing Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), and neutralizing automated botnet incursions (DDoS).
Session Load Balancing: Distributing server traffic to ensure the uninterrupted, high-fidelity rendering of the Artist's digital assets and typographical formatting.

Statutory Exemption from Consent: Pursuant to the explicit derogations stipulated in Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), cookies deployed solely for the purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or those strictly necessary to provide an information society service explicitly requested by the user, are entirely exempt from the requirement of prior informed consent. Upon arrival at said platforms, the User is immediately subjected to severe algorithmic tracking, persistent cookie deployment, and aggressive profiling governed exclusively by the independent corporate policies of Meta Platforms, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation. The Artist strictly disclaims any liability, operational oversight, or legal association with the data harvesting methodologies executed by these external entities.

5. CLIENT-SIDE MITIGATION AND WAIVER OF FUNCTIONALITY

The User retains the inherent technological capability to unconditionally block, restrict, or purge all server-side cookies via the security parameters of their proprietary web browser (e.g., Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Brave).

However, the User is expressly warned that enforcing systemic blockades against the strictly necessary technical cookies mandated by the Google Sites infrastructure will inherently trigger the immediate degradation of the Site’s structural architecture, rendering the digital portfolio visually corrupted or entirely inaccessible. By employing such blocking measures, the User waives any right to claim technical liability against the Artist.
