Offline Usage:
When you use the app’s offline features, your searches and translation queries are processed locally on your device.
No Server Transmission: In this mode, no search data, text, or identifiers are transmitted to our private servers.
Third-Party Data: Please note that even in offline mode, integrated third-party services (such as Google AdMob) may collect data as soon as an internet connection is available, as described in the "Third-Party Services" section below.
Data Collection:
When you use our online translation and reporting feature, our server collects:
Translation Input: Text you submit for online translation along with its detected language identifier (e.g., ar,en).
Anonymous Reports: The reported word and message submitted via our reporting tool are one-way transmissions and are not linked to any persistent identifiers (such as your IP address).
Logs: For every request made to our API (such as online translation queries or reports), our server automatically logs the transmission. We utilize these logs for security and fraud prevention purposes, such as identifying automated bot activity and ensuring the overall stability and integrity of our services.
Data Retention:
We operate on a strict data-purging schedule to protect your privacy:
Security Logs & Queries: Technical logs (including IP addresses) and translation queries are automatically and permanently deleted on a rolling 14-day cycle.
Report Messages: Feedback messages are deleted as soon as the reported issue is resolved, or after a maximum of 14 days, whichever comes first.
Permanent Data: Only non-identifying linguistic terms (the reported words) are kept indefinitely to improve the application’s accuracy.
User Responsibility & Sensitive Data:
Our service is a general-purpose translation tool. We do not require, and strongly discourage the submission of, personal or sensitive information (such as names, financial details, or identification numbers) within the translation input or reporting tool. Since translation queries and report messages are recorded in our technical logs for a maximum of 14 days, please ensure you do not translate or report text containing private personal data.
Third-Party Services:
Our App integrates with third-party services provided by Google to support advertising and app stability. These services collect and process data (such as Device IDs and IP addresses) to provide relevant ads and monitor app performance and technical stability.

Children’s Privacy:
Our services are for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. Because we do not use accounts or collect names and emails, we do not knowingly or intentionally identify users by age.
To ensure the safety of all users, we follow a strict data minimization policy. Any technical information collected for security or functionality is handled according to our Data Collection and Data Retention sections. This ensures that any network identifiers are purged from our system on a short, automatic cycle.
