Summary:

Dice Club is a standalone, offline dice simulation game. We do not collect, process, transmit, sell, or share any personal user data.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Dice Club does not collect, log, or track any personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive user data. The app operates entirely offline and does not request or require the INTERNET permission. No personal data ever leaves your device.

2. On-Device Storage and Data Retention

All application settings (such as chosen sound volume, dice skins, materials, and display preferences) and optional roll statistics are stored exclusively in the local private storage of your device (Android DataStore). We have no access to this data and do not store it on any external servers.

3. Data Deletion

Because no personal data or accounts are created on external servers, you have complete control over your local data. You can reset your statistics at any time within the app's Settings screen. Uninstalling the application immediately and permanently removes all stored local preferences and statistics from your device.

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Dice Club does not contain any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, tracking tools, behavioral profiling, or external analytics frameworks. No information is transmitted to third parties.

5. Device Permissions

- Vibration (android.permission.VIBRATE): Used solely to provide tactile haptic feedback when dice collide and settle. Can be toggled on or off in settings.

- Accelerometer (Hardware Sensor): Optionally used to detect shaking gestures to throw dice. No sensor readings are stored, recorded, or transmitted.

6. Cloud Backup

Android Auto Backup and Google Drive cloud backups of application data are explicitly disabled (android:allowBackup="false"). Your settings and local history are never uploaded to cloud backups.

7. Children's Privacy

Dice Club is suitable for a general audience of all ages. Because the application does not collect, request, or share any personal data from any user, it fully complies with COPPA, GDPR-K, and Google Play's Families Policy requirements.
