Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Dicalore app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Warmhouse (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages The operating system and version you use on your mobile device The model of your mobile device and the version of the Application installed Diagnostic information, including crash reports and performance data
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device automatically. However, the Application does request access to the location of your device where you choose to use features that depend on it. Precise location data is transmitted to the Service Provider when you select a delivery or pickup address on the map, and when you redeem a promotional code. This data is used to display your position relative to the available pickup points, to record the address associated with your order, and to prevent abuse of the loyalty programme. Location access is optional. If you decline it, the Application remains fully usable and pickup points can be selected manually from a list.
The Application requests access to the camera of your device. The camera is used solely to scan the promotional code printed on product packaging, as an alternative to entering the code by hand. Images are processed on the device and are not stored or transmitted by the Service Provider. Camera access is optional and the Application remains fully usable if it is declined.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions relating to the products of the Service Provider.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
Full name Mobile phone number Email address Date of birth and gender Profile photograph, where you choose to upload one Delivery or pickup address, including the city and the geographic coordinates of the selected point Payment card details, including the card number, expiry date, cardholder name and verification code, where you choose to add a payment card The contents of your orders, the pickup point selected, the payment method chosen and any notes added to an order Your order history, the promotional codes you enter, and the balance and transaction history of your DI coin loyalty points The contents of any support enquiry you submit through the Application
The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Parts of the Application, namely the product catalogue and the map of pickup points, may be used in guest mode without creating an account and without providing any of the personally identifiable information listed above.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Firebase Analytics collects usage statistics together with a device and application instance identifier, which on Android devices may include the Google Advertising ID. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and performance diagnostics. Firebase Cloud Messaging processes a notification token together with the platform of your device in order to deliver notifications about your orders. Yandex MapKit processes location and device data in order to display maps and pickup points.
Payment card details that you enter in the Application are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the payment provider engaged by the Service Provider, solely for the purpose of completing your transaction.
The Service Provider does not use your information for advertising purposes, does not sell your information, and does not share it with data brokers. The Service Provider does not track you across applications or websites operated by other companies, and does not combine your information with information received from other companies for advertising purposes.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or the abuse of the loyalty programme, or respond to a government request with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, who do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You may grant or withdraw the camera, location and notification permissions at any time in the settings of your device. On iOS these are found under Settings, Dicalore. On Android they are found under Settings, Apps, Dicalore, Permissions.
You may view and edit the personally identifiable information held in your profile at any time within the Application.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Records relating to orders and payments are retained for the period required by the accounting and tax legislation applicable to the Service Provider.
You may delete your account directly within the Application, which will remove your User Provided data. To do so, open the Profile section, open "Mening ma'lumotlarim" ("My information"), tap the red delete icon in the top right corner of the screen, and confirm the deletion. Deletion of an account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you no longer have access to the Application and would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided data that you have provided, please contact them at hakimbekdeveloper@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time. Data that the Service Provider is required by law to retain, including records relating to completed orders and payments, will be kept for the period prescribed by that law.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children. In line with the Terms and Conditions of the Application, users must be at least 16 years of age, and users below that age must have these terms reviewed and accepted on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at hakimbekdeveloper@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider transmits data over encrypted connections and stores authentication credentials in the secure storage provided by the operating system of your device. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and of your access to the Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
