DailyPhoto is a photo memory and management app that helps you:

• View "Today in History" photos from your device library

• Browse photos by day in a monthly calendar view

• Open media details, swipe through same-day media, delete selected items, and share items

DailyPhoto is designed to process your photo data on-device.

2. Information We Access

To provide core features, DailyPhoto may request access to:

• Photo Library (read access): to display your photos/videos in the app

• Photo Library (write/delete access): to delete photos/videos only when you explicitly confirm deletion

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data on our servers for the current version of DailyPhoto.

DailyPhoto stores limited app data locally on your device, such as:

• Number of deleted photos

• Estimated freed storage size

This local data is used only to display in-app statistics.

4. How We Use Information

We use on-device data solely to provide app functionality:

• Fetch and display your media based on date

• Enable media preview and playback

• Process deletion only after your confirmation

• Open iOS share sheet when you choose to share

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your photo library data with third parties.
Media remains in your device photo library unless you choose to delete it.

6. Data Storage and Retention

• Photo/media content is read from your device photo library.

• App statistics are stored locally on your device.

• No cloud upload is performed by DailyPhoto in the current version.

7. Your Choices

You can:

• Grant or deny Photo Library permissions at any time in iOS Settings

• Revoke permissions later via iOS Settings

• Delete the app to remove locally stored app statistics

8. Children’s Privacy

DailyPhoto does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe personal data has been collected in error, please contact us.

9. Security

We rely on iOS platform security and on-device processing. While no method is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to minimize privacy risk by avoiding server-side collection in the current version.
