BAH MAMADOU DIAN

Mamadou Dian Bah holds a PhD in computer vision from the University of Orleans, France, which he obtained in March 2020. Prior to this, he obtained a master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, automation (EEA) from the University of Toulouse III (Paul Sabatier) in 2015, as well as a master's degree in geomatics from the Institut national d'agronomie de Toulouse (ENSAT) in 2016. Since April 2023, He is doing a post-doctorate at CRIM in Montreal, focusing on the detection of images manipulated by artificial intelligence. His thesis at the University of Orléans focused on weed detection in field crops using drone imagery, in collaboration with the chambers of agriculture of the Centre Val de Loire region. His career has focused on the application of imagery and artificial intelligence in the agricultural sector and abnormalities detection. His professional interests include computer vision, artificial intelligence, geomatics, remote sensing and their applications. He is also interested in teaching and transmitting knowledge, as well as volunteering in associations.
